Giannis #3 overall and #2 on EC Frontcourt for first AS returns. He has 2.9m compared to tatum at #4 EC Frontcourt at 2.2m. Not a huge deal but pretty cool if he can rack up another AS starter to his resume.

Nic Claxton is ahead of Jarrett Allen in voting. LOL.

I'd enjoy it if Gianni were the captain again so he could bring in his black-book for picks, and to tell LeBron "That's a good pick."

Giannis as the 3rd guy is a W for him in the all star.
You know Lebron will pick him first, Durant will have to pick Kyrie and then Lebron will pick Curry so with those 3 in one team its over after that.

Listening to the Bart Winkler podcast today (terrific show btw) and someone mentioned how Giannis is 28, buts he’s an OLD 28 and I got sad and I’m still sad. He’s right.

I wish he wasn’t as loyal as he is sometimes. Devoting how many summers to a country whose government didn’t give a **** about him until he got famous.

Thank god. I mean, it should be Jokic and Giannis as captains, but the optics of like the 5th and 10th best players in the league being "captains" and the faces of the All-Star game for three straight years would have been incredibly dumb.

I think Greg Kite should pick both teams reason being every one likes Greg Kite. Instead of all the out cry about "shrubs" and how deserving candidates got "stewed," NBA nation would just chuckle and go "Classic Grag" or "That's just Greg being Greg."
