It is a little strange to be in limbo like this, though.
Woj reported it's done and Breen said goodbye on ABC. 100% there's an out in Doc contract for the NBA.

Really doubt this delay is due to Micky Mouse.

Woj now reporting assistant hirings, so I think it safe to say the delay isn't because of Micky.

I squandered an asset? Then Hammond taught me well.

Does Fischer have any real insight on the Bucks? Has never struck me as a guy very connected.
Shams saying Joeger is in.

You can't say the Bucks bench isn't hella experienced. I like that a lot.

Wonder which assistants are out now that 2 are in. Would think Prunity and Baker are locks to stay, maybe Oppenheimer.

Again really feel awful for the coach that started 2 weeks ago, that just sucks if he moves family too.

I'll be curious to see how this all shakes out with the coaching staff. I'd assume the people with pre-existing ties to the Bucks like Prunty, Oppenheimer, Vin Baker and Sidney Dobner would stick around but most if not all of Griffin's guys would be out?

Huge pickup. Joerger is a smart coach, he’ll help a lot in getting this team organized X’s and O’s wise on both ends.

Edit: didn’t see we got Rex Kalamian as well. Wow. Two really nice assistant coach pickups, this is where for all his faults, Doc’s experience/connections are big.

Great news on the coaching front, adding Joerger and Kalamian are both great hires.
Dealing with people who exhibit the "smartest person in the room" syndrome can be a challenge. One approach is to listen their opinion while also encouraging open-mindedness. It's important to create an environment where all voices are valued.

Now that it's likely at least 1 assistant is out, it will make tonights game much more interesting if Doc isn't on the bench.

I don’t know a lot about Trevor Gleeson, but after watching a few videos on his coaching, personally I would keep him around.

Why are we assuming that assistants will be out? The Bucks had very small coaching staff this year and had room for additional hires. I guess Gleeson could decide to move on?

Unclear right now but I'd be looking at the guys newly brought in under Griffin as the likely cuts. That would be:

Patrick Mutumbo
DJ Bakker
Nate Mitchell
Trevor Gleeson (maybe he stays since he was just brought on?)

I wonder if Vin will survive this round of new coaching staff hires. This is the 4th one he’s been apart of right?

Would be surprised if they turned over the staff that much, feel like they'll keep these guys until the end of the season
