If Bulls lose on the their B2B tonight & tomorrow, and we win Saturday, we’ll be back at (or tied for) #1.

Precisely why I haven't been freaking out after a loss or two. Everybody in the ****ing league is taking dumps randomly.

Well that too. They got the Bubble 2020 ring but you would think that Davis would steadily cede "franchise guy" duties but between injuries and (apparently) mentality he's content on being a wingman.

It all comes down to who's primed to make the post-ASB run leading into the playoffs. If the Bucks have the Big Three healthy and playing well, they can go on a 15-5 type of run (they're 20-5 when they play).

Heat-Spurs postponed tonight, with the Heat claiming to have 12 players out.

It's good to be Pat Riley. The league loves you so.

Yeah, the question is does he care about living in LA or his legacy more in the next few years.
2023 could be interesting. They would have cap space if James signs a smaller extension (if he wants to win) and make one last run with some overpriced vet? Or will he force his way out this summer or mid-season? Kind of hope Harden re-ups one more year because he is destined for the Lakers.

Bulls-Raptors also postponed. It's kind of BS that we had to soldier on and the rest of these teams find a way.

Link? I thought this was the game that was originally postponed?

My mistake. I must have misread the nba.com preview headline for this game that had "Postponed Bulls-Raptors" in it. Thanks for correcting. The game is on.

It is FOOLISH to not see the value of THIS SEASON with Embiid playing like this. Tomorrow is not granted. Love you Matisse, and good luck.

Seems like Morey is all in on the Harden train- which, honestly, might be a mistake. I'm not convinced that pairing would be a championship team next year and could be nightmare-ish in 4 years

Harden's 32, is still fat from his layoff last year, and his game is in slow-motion collapse. Halfway into his next contract, he'll be the Blake Griffin of guards *if* he can adapt to a lesser role.

Really sucks to see Embiid play MVP ball while destroying his body just for another 2nd round playoff exit, but there seems to be a lot of Sixers fans that are in complete agreement with Morey's decision, no matter how hard he doubles down or how buffoonish this makes him look. But sure, a 33-year old Fat Harden is gonna save everything next season lol. Morey and Philly sports fans deserve each other.

Embiid could well win the whole thing by his damn self if things break right, but what this amounts to, for this season, is Thybulle for Beal. League is wide open, time to get those chips in my dude.

Otherwise trade Embiid! Get in or get out.

I can understand Morey wanting to keep Maxey but don't get the Thybulle thing. I mean he's a great defender but a bit of a liability on offence. If you could get Beal for Simmons and Thybulle you've got to pull the trigger on that.

Down 2, 7 seconds left and apparently this isn't the play the coach drew up- he just saw it unfolding and had the confidence, talent and trust in his teammate to make that pass. Safe to say if that didn't come off and they turn it over the coach wouldn't be too happy.

My main point being- if that's the sort of pass he goes for under that scenario imagine what kind of madness will go on in the Rising Stars challenge when they tell you to be a bit showy.

You think so? I'd much rather plow through December shorthanded and bank the extra days of rest down the stretch.

Not to negate your post but I suspect 'Exploit Luka' is probably always written on a whiteboard somewhere...

I know it's probably blasphemous to say, but tell me where the lie is when I say Luka has basically evolved into Euro Westbrook.
