I agree with most of your posts, but I respectfully disagree. The players are in disarray because of the coach and the system. He's not putting players in a position to succeed. Giannis is the only one that can somewhat overcome it

Amazing that as bad as our bench is scoring tonight (like most nights), Houston's bench averages less ppg than our bench across the season. We are in for a historically bad night tonight if this keeps up.

It's both. These guys are veterans - they should be able to run a serviceable defense without making the same mistakes over and over again. Giannis is a former DPOY and Brook has been a finalist for DPOY. There's no reason why they should be this **** bad.

It's a good point. We'll have people keep pointing to the W/L record as being a reason not to change anything if we keep winning like this. And that's beyond ridiculous for ppl to use that as a guiding argument.

Super fun knowing that Griffin, Bobby, Pat all suck ass and are actively hurting us, but all 3 will remain on the Bucks and allowed to sink us in the postseason.

We have problems scoring off the bench and you want to trade Bobby, a guy who shoots 50% and averages 7 rebounds a game and averaged ten rebounds last season, before he was assigned to guard at the three point line. Makes a lot of sense.

If Bobby was actually near as impactful offensively as you suggest (he's not), we wouldn't be having such brutal scoring problems off the bench. And you glossed over the defense, where no, his rebounding does not make up for him being an absolute dumpster fire on that end. And while Griffin's idiocy compounds the issues, Bobby's defense being a dumpster fire isn't new. Case in point: we had a 120 DRTG with Bobby on court WITH Giannis/Jrue last season, under Bud.

Yes, Bobby was the reason for the 120 rating. I love posters who have a narrative and then look for the right combination to "prove" their point.

I've watched tons of games and Bobby isn't nearly as bad as you think he is defensively. And I will continue to remind people that defensive rebounding is part of defense and Bobby is the second best Buck at doing that.

Posters want to trade Bobby for a great defender, which I understand. But who will make up for bench scoring and rebounding. You hope you fix one hole and guarantee that you will have a different hole to replace it.

The Bucks are in a bind. They have few assets to get a good player in return and Bobby, who the best in the business chose for Team USA, is the only one who will bring a really good player back.

But I don't want to see any trade if this type of coaching continues.

This is so demoralizing. There's no other way to say it. There's nothing that this team is doing on O or D that suggests that we are have a winning chance at anything right now. We are a first round exit guaranteed. We couldn't be easier to scheme against for a half decent team.

On defense, they destroy Brook on the drop because our guards/wings are useless on D, and they kill us at the other end by scrambling defense like Houston is playing tonight.

We have only one way to play, and it's been worked out by the opposition months ago. Even Pop nearly got by us a couple of days ago.

Brook is leading the league in blocks and contests at the rim.

You cannot ask for more from him.

Jae seems to be filling in for Wes in the training room quite nicely lol. I’m glad we didn’t overpay Jevon, Chicago is going to have to give up picks to dump that deal. I think Robin will be able to fill those Jingles minutes in this years first round exit.
