Unfortunately, Middleton turning from 3rd star to Useful Role Player When He Can Player has severely handicapped this team.

This! Unbelievable how stupid we play that, can't understand how much leave so many wide open three's and naturally teams don't seem to muss much against us! Can't believe that is how it's coached! Either we are too slow or not very smart. Believe it's a little of both!

75 points in a half. I'll wait to see our reaction in the second but if we cannot be competitive against the (at best) third best team in the east what's the point?

We should've cashed in immediately after the playoff series last season.

Complex topic, but yes his injury issues have sunk our ceiling.

Giannis' hand is clearly affecting him.

Defense hasn't been good but the Knicks have shot really well in the half and benefitted from a favorable whistle. We have missed a ton of good looks.

I've been mostly happy with our offense. AJax and AJ Green get a bad whistle but they have to be better at not fouling. Need more effort to close out possessions and cannot let Towns iso on Brook

They're blowing up the scoreboard. And the Bucks are disinterested in the little things. This is a L.

Bucks have maybe a 5% chance of winning a title this year, and that's if one or both of Boston, Cleveland or NY have crippling injuries. It'll be a successful season to get out of the second round. I've accepted that result and it's easier to simply forget these types of games where they look outclassed by superior teams.

AJ Green - 1 shot attempt in 10 minutes on the floor.
MarJon Beachamp - 3 shot attempts in 5 minutes on the floor.

Our offense is offensive.

I'm not really too concerned right now. It might change if the lead ballons to 20 early in the 3rd but I think the Bucks can tweak some things to shut off Brunson. It sucked that Lillard, Brook, and the back ups could not handle Payne and Towns in the 2nd qtr but that happens some games. I think Doc needs to try blitzing and recover on the PnRS involving Brunson. They may not want to do that with Towns though.

No, he's not. Pat got a lot of minutes and couldn't break the 30% 3 point mark. You cannot play a gravity based offense with guys who can't shoot the ball. Ajax is proving that again, and at least Ajax plays defense that neither Prince or Pat play.

Ugh, that's still a small sample w/ a non-extreme result. Trent was even worse over a similar sample. Pat doesn't have Gary's history, but it's still on his side to get into low to mid 30's. His low since his rookie yr was 33.

If 3 pt shooting is the main issue over a small sample, I think that makes a case for Pat to carve out semi-regular minutes, cuz it should bounce back some, statistically he never hurts your team d, he helps rebounding, ball-handling, etc.

Good timeout. Terrible defensive start to the half.

Brook's diminished to being a novelty when his 3s on and an actual hindrance when it's not.

Sorry but Brook should've been traded right after Game 7 against Boston.
