Getting Ntilikini at 17 would be a dream. I'd be soaked.

I'm down.

Deal. One pride has been bet.

Yeah I'm in too.

I have Fultz as the best guard prospect since John Wall. So yeah, a better prospect than Kyrie. I don't know what's not to like, especially in a league where having a dynamic scoring guard can cover for a lot of shortcomings on the rest of your roster. The something something defense argument isn't really that important to me when 3 of the top-5 players in the league (Harden, Curry, Westbrook) are defensive sieve PG's. I agree with whoever said that he's Lillard, maybe not as a floor, but IMO as the most probable outcome.

Sorry, Maker was 500% Hammond pick and 500% Fotis pick, I don't know that I have ever seen 2 grown men as excited and beaming as Hammond and Fotis are when they think or talk about Thon.

I remember a few months before the draft bringing Thon up here. not as a suggestion, just asking what the deal was that he was being slotted so low since previously being so highly rated. Basically I just didn't know his story at that point. If I remember correctly I was just thinking as a 2nd round flyer and I was remembering some AAU games on TV where he was really good on D and just running rim catch/dunking. I think most here ripped him and said they didn't want. I just kind of wrote him off at that point. Then the draft was coming and his name kept surfacing. Couldn't believe he rose all the way to 10th. But hey, I liked what I saw last year. hope he keeps getting better. Note: I didn't go back and check what I said or what was said, just best recollection.

This was me. Hated the pick when it was made. I was wrong. Looking awfully promising now.

Have an extra pride someone.

Not a huge Foltz is undeniably #1 in the sense that a few of these guards are just as talented. We'll see, vast majority of NBA success comes from timing and fit.

It's a strange decision but let's be honest he would be an amazing pick up in this draft.

Lillard is a good comp but I actually see a bit more McCollum in his game, with his insanely crafty, almost weird footwork and handles. I see his upside as a way more physically talented CJ with more playmaking potential. Definitely the best guard prospect since Wall imo.

Fultz in Philly is about the best possible fit there is and the timing couldn't be anymore perfect for Philly to land a generational PG talent. Fultz Simmons Saric Embiid is a championship caliber core if they stay healthy in about 3-5yrs. Plus they have 1 of the best coaches in the league imho. I mean it's legit scary how perfect that whole scenario is playing out for them...

They're literally the only team in the East that legitimately scares me long term. It's obviously a massive question mark and very possibly won't happen, but if Embiid stays healthy I'm really not sure we can hang with them.

Sure, but it sounds like he's not getting past the Mavs or Knicks

yeah it's hard to argue that. Only thing that we can even realistically say as Bucks fans is that in 5yrs 27yr old Giannis is the best player in the NBA.

I still think they could use some muscle at the 4

What about a guy like Cam Oliver in the second? Seems like there is a lot of untapped potential with a guy like him

It would be the perfect draft for me if we got BAM and Oliver. I think they both will be the BPA at our picks and will add the toughness and energy we need on this team.

Frank Ntilikina dropping to #17 would be the dream. Imo he's a top 5 talent in nearly every draft.

I mean in theory it's possible if the most interested teams (NYK and Mavs) pass on him and the teams after haven't scouted him in depth. He's also not been working out for anyone (and will not be present at the draft) due to reaching game 5 in their playoffs.

Edit: Nvm, will be present at the draft, possibly not for game 5.
