Another team wouldn't have to pay that PO. If he were to get bought out, that contract would be over, and he'd sign a new deal. My guess is the Clippers would buy him out if he'd waive the PO, but there's no way he's recouping that cash. Probably his best shot of getting minutes on a contender is waiting for George or Kawhi to get hurt, so there's really no reason for anybody to do anything.

Right. I don't see him waiving that PO nor do I see another team wanting to pay it. He's stuck.

1. There is no way in hell PJ does the buy-out. Guy cares about money, which is perfectly fine, but you can't have it both ways.
2. How does a buy-out work on a non-guaranteed option. Like would the Clippers still have to take a tax hit on him next year if they bought him out now? If so, the clippers have like a $50m reason not to buy him out now.

Depends on the terms of the buyout. If he agreed to exercise the PO as part of the buyout, they'd be off the hook for next year. If they agreed to pay him some portion of that money, that amount would count on their team salary.

I guess my confusion is 2-part:
1. Can you get a buy-out for more than the contract? Say PJ accepts a buyout of $15m (more than current year) but as such declines the option. Seem like this is a clear violation.
2. When can you exercise your player option? Can he decline it today? Or is it not possible to decline until the end of the year, thus making a buy-out in current year/exercising the player option mutually exclusive.

I do remember Forbes always carrying himself with kind of a scowl on his face, not sure that can be read into tho. He’s a dumbass who threw his career away, very likely he would have been a Buck again maybe on the team right now had he not let his mask slip. Good riddance.

Booker ejected for whining too much in the first quarter.

Bucks tricked me into being a diehard in 2001, LeBron is the 2nd best player ever, and pizza is awesome.

Maybe I'm getting old and soft, but glad the police got involved with Stewart. It was BEFORE the game and you can't start throwing punches regardless.
