Nothing really new except maybe interest in Ibaka, Holmes, and Dragic.

Gery Woelful still writes and covers the team?

This article reads like it was lifted from RealGM

I thought the same after seeing Ibaka. I mentioned him after the Clippers game lol.

Not necessarily trade targets, but if we consolidate a few guys to open up some roster spaces, I feel we could use a hungry, brash young guy to irritate the vets into smacking him around a bit, while also taking him under their wing.

Isn't Turner out injured, when will he be returning to the lineup?

The only way for this trade to work salary-wise is to trade Brook.

I was all in on doing whatever it took to be able to draft Turner. Would really excel here and is an ideal fit next to Giannis, but yeah, can't see us actually doing something as drastic as it would take to make this work.

How do we get two 1sts to trade for Turner?

Step 1 - with Sacramento

DDV + Nwora (TPE) + 2027 SRP for Ramsey + Woodard + 2022 FRP (top 10 protected)

Step 2 - with Toronto

Brook + Pat + 2025 IND SRP for Dragic + 2022 FRP (lotto protected)

Step 3 - with Indiana

Dragic + SAC and TOR FRPs + 2024 SRP for Turner

I guess that’s all Bucks have to make it work. Probably not enough but Jrue, Allen, Midds, Giannis, Turner with Portis as 6th would be awesome going forward.

Can’t trade away all of our wings. This team would get run off the court any time the starters sat

It would be awesome to get Turner, and then flip him for OG Anunoby or Jeremi Grant.

Bobby is better than Turner, why would Turner start?

Pelicans need a defensive 3rd guard. Bucks get creative.

Pelicans get: Donte, Bucks 22 and 24 1st round picks.

Bucks get: our own 23, 25, and 27 first round picks

We can now trade our 26 and 28 1st round picks to get a big fish in a 3 team trade, as Pelicans absorb Donte into TPE.

I don't think Turner is good at all. Seems stiffer then Brook, don't recall any real post game. Just camps at three point line. Meh.

I do think we need to remain focused on getting another center. Love me some Brook but serious back injuries are tricky. Everything could be fine now but who knows how it will react to the physical actions and movements of a full intensity game. Have to be prepared in the event of another setback or if he's just not ready.

Turner is a great Brook replacement long term, but isn't he out for the season?

Turner interest makes zero sense at this point. Stress injury in his foot and the best course is to probably shut him down for the season. Bucks don't have any assets worth Indy's while. Just tell Minnesota they can have their pick of any one of Nwora, Hood, or Semi plus a 2nd rounder for Naz Reid. Please and thank you.

I'd definitely start Turner over Bobby. It's the same reason you would start Lopez over Bobby

The Bucks have no bench scoring, so moving Bobby to the bench would improve that.
The Bucks problem the last couple weeks has been their defense, not their offense. This improves the defense tremendously.

Having said that, not going to happen.

Now it makes me wonder if Brooks really is coming back. Bucks aren't going to tip their hand that they need a center before the trade deadline. Doesn't give them any leverage in talks.

Report is Pacers turned down Jeremi Grant for Turner. Bucks could get Turner to flip for Grant. The Bucks interest in Grant Williams shows the Bucks interest in a defensive forward.

Adding Jeremi Grant to the Giannis at center lineup is one of the greatest lineups of all time.

You don't play full bench lineups in the playoffs, so that makes bench scoring irrelevant.
