Ive been saying for a while that I think Winter is going to be really, really good.

If he can just become decent on defense he's an all big ten player at least once.

More like Steph Crowl
Amos Barshad: "So you got a job, a place to live, a license? What’s left?"

Giannis: “Nothing. Just get a ring now.”

Yeah, we need to give those two (Blackwell and Winter) whatever they want this next summer. Those are the guys.

I likes this "Shoot if you're open" offense away more than the clogged toilet offense

So Gilmore just got a T for pointing out that a guy tried to punch him after the guy kind of attacked him on a FT rebound.

Cannot question the referee. Ever. They are in charge!

First road game win since Jan 23 last year kind of blew my mind a bit, but it checks out. Apparently I blacked out how terribly we finished last season.

Well the one has been out sick and basically couldn't run yesterday. If I recall its Ron Harpers kid and brother to the Rutgers Harper of a few years ago. The other was the Ace they talked about constantly who played terribly and couldn't handle Gilmore's D. I'd never seen him before yesterday but he sure didn't impress. Sure everyone has an off night but at 6'10 he's trying to play wing and not sure he really has the shot/coordination for it yet, but he's only 18/19 years old so I see the projection. At the college level he'd probably kill if he just dominated inside right now. Biggest takeaway was his mental weakness to act the way he did and have a tantrum because he couldn't score on a 6 yr slow bum senior like Gilmore. But 18/19 yr olds are gonna have their moments.

But it goes to show spending big NIL money to get 1 year of a freshman is stupid these days. Money's better spent on upper classman and the guys you might be able to get 2-3 years out of when they're 21-23 years old. I don't get what BYU is thinking paying that guy next year, but we'll see how it goes

ETA: next 3 games for UW are MN, OSU, USC. First two at home. All very winnable games. Get them all and you're at 15-3 (no bad losses) and 5-2 in conf, sitting very pretty. Really too bad they blew that Mich game in the last two mins

I spent some time (not much, yet too much) trying to recall names relating to fish/fishing to reference a Fish Hatchery. Not much other than some stretches.

Pretty easy that any pass near the hoop ended up with a Rimrock from Khalil Iverson.

Unless one was in attendance for the hype up video of the Badgers running out on the football field any time before 2 years ago. Because those streets...well, let me tell you about the interesting thing about how their names or lack thereof...
