6 of the next 8 on the road including a trip out west. About to see what this team is made of.

Side note, the Kohl Center seemed dead/half asleep while watching on TV last night. You could hear a mouse fart in there.

It's a good thing they banked these recent Ws considering the upcoming schedule
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

Students aren't back until Jan 21.

Re: Wisconsin Badgers Thread
Apparently the key for the Badgers is not getting a huge first half lead.
Please reconsider your animal consumption.

Re: Wisconsin Badgers Thread
Man why do we seem to struggle with a big lead 2nd half?

Offense hasn’t been the issue in the second half.

It sure fed into USC’s run.

We’re on pace to score like 40 this half.

Re: Wisconsin Badgers Thread
Great game. I know it's weird, but it's nice to see them get punched in the mouth and respond convincingly. That's increasingly important as the season wears on.
I agree we're a unit offensively. Tonje scored zero today, and though he's been trending back to Earth for weeks now (as others have trended up), that's impressive that we still put up 80 with over 50% shooting. We've got six guys who can put up double figures any given night, and three or four it's reasonable to expect 15-20.

Re: Wisconsin Badgers Thread
It's pretty crazy to see how drastically different this team is built now..it's like Gard woke up one day and decided to Just completely remake in how he believed in building a team from a slow pace defensive first team to a high scoring questionable defense team. You don't often see coaches make that drastic of a shift

Re: Wisconsin Badgers Thread
They shot over 80% on 2's today
This team has an upside that I don't think I've seen in a while. They've got 4 guys that we've seen be very good players for stretches, but its never happened at the same time and having just 2 of them play well is enough to win in a game like today. But if they ever get all 4 to do it at the same time, this team could really do some things.

Fun game. Tons of Badgers in the stands. Blackwell is a damn stud. They seemed to be really focused on Tonje defensively, so good on Blackwell and Max to step up and attack lanes.
