I understand why people are placing Philadelphia as the #1 competitor of the Bucks in the East, but (recency bias) the Celtics are more of a threat to me (for now). Their coaching staff is the best in the East (or at the very least top 2) and they will not have to deal with fatigue issues deep in playoffs like I believe Philadelphia will deal with.

Chris Paul expressing any negativity about the Rockets is pretty rich considering how absurdly rich they made him.

Harden signed an extension July 2017.

Paul signed July 2018.

The massive contract was in part a thank you for establishing Houston as the kind of destination where Harden would extend.

If they won at least one championship it might have been worth it. However given the chemistry problems they quickly cut bait, as they should have.

It wasn't CP's fault to take that monstrously large pay day they had been promising him since he first got there. But holding the Rockets' decision to bail against them is not based in reality.
