I don't see any purpose Mason fills except during the last 3-4 minutes of blow-out games. Granted, if we keep our point differential as high as last year, it could mean over 150 minutes of playing time.

can't play defense, hasn't shot well.

I really do think he just didn’t fit in well with Sacramento. He’s a smart player and I think has a lot of skill. Really a steal as a 2 way player:

I am sorry for my actions in this thread yesterday...it was very unlike me.

As much as I hope the Raptors reach the finals next year it likely won’t happen and I hope you guys smack the Sixers in the conference finals and sweep the Clippers in the NBA finals.

It’s looking like the Bucks are loading up to form the team to beat in the East!

I like the idea of filling a 2-way with our third string PG. Giannis, Khris & even DDV can create enough to spend a few minutes at PG in a pinch, no use wasting a normal roster spot. Mason will be only "break glass in case of emergency".

Siakam’s brother was on the Herd for a minute. Pascal to the Bucks confirmed. Raps fans are ridiculous.

Vince Carter probably is the best for all the way around.

Mason feels like a younger Tim Frazier, who was the perfect third-string PG. Seems perfectly capable of running a decent offense in a blowout to keep our point differential high.

Who cares if Toronto fans are fantasizing about Giannis? Not that I blame Kawhi or anything but that team caught a raw dog style boning 2 weeks after winning a championship and they never got to really enjoy it. They went from having a parade, straight to focusing on the 2021 FA class to bring them back from the basement already. That blows dick IMHO. If Drake wasn't the worlds biggest **** stick I'd actually feel bad for the franchise but I honestly do feel for the die hard fans hanging on to wishful thinking now.

Everyone in the east just needs to come together and focus their hate on Boston and Philly, the 2 worst fan bases in all of sports.

One thing I don't know if people talked about, but i'm going to bring them up. This is regarding the Horst Q and A with Eric Nehm.

"If [Middleton's] able to be a Buck for a decade or longer, it will be a testament to our success, our development, our culture and everything we’re trying to build and sustain here. And Khris, the contract represents the opportunity for that."

He's basically saying: If Khris plays the way we hope he can, he will be a buck for a decade. If not, he will be moved.

To me that says that they are very confident they can move his contract if they need to. But at what cost? If he doesn't play up to his contract, it makes him a difficult sell to another team. Is he naive, or should this make us feel better about the contract?

Jeremy Lin would be pretty cool as a 3rd PG. Surprised he hasn’t signed with a team yet.

Naive? You're reading too much into it. Obviously if he under performs his contract they'll try to move him. Just as every GM does with every bad contract. It's SOP of every team in every professional sport. And when you do so you either attach an asset(s) and/or take back another crap contract. I'm not optimistic that he'll live up to it but we'll see.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Was thinking about this the other day and how the Bucks' global appeal would be insane if they signed him. There's prob a couple guys I'd rank ahead of Lin right now but could get behind the move.

How washed is Jamal Crawford?

If he can stay on the court long enough to hit a few quick 3’s we could use another guy like that in the backcourt.

F*ck you! Winter is 9 months long in Wisco, how dare you !!!! Just kidding, I am excited as hell for this season. I am sure I am in the minority, but I actually think we improved our overall roster and I say that as one of Brogdon's biggest fans and one of Middleton's biggest unfan.

When a 39yr old goes for 51 in a NBA game I dont really think its fair to wonder how washed he could be to play 3rd string PG. He can still break down a defense and turn the lights out, clearly.

If the season rolls along with Sterling Brown out of the rotation, It'd make sense for him to want to find minutes elsewhere in the last year of his rookie deal. OKC has a gaggle of picks and a bunch of unproven wings. Could see him going for a 2nd somewhere down the line. In a perfect world he definitively beats out a 38 year old Korver and challenges everyone else for wing minutes. Interesting to see how it shakes out.

Sterling is and will be a part of a rotation at the starting 2 and back-up 3. He just hasn’t shown enough in his tenure imho.

The problem with Sterling is that he's got guard size but no advanced guard skills. Imo in his best case he's going to end up a Jay Crowder or PJ Tucker type. Honestly if there are good offers our there we should take it.

Highly recommend the TBT tournament on ESPN for anybody looking for a hoops fix. $2 million on the line, a ton of top overseas/short tenured NBA vets battling it out. Higher quality basketball than summer league. From what I've seen today, Willie Reed definitely belongs on an NBA roster but Brandon Gilbeck, a 22 year old from Spring Green, Wisconsin has been really impressive challenging Reed and everyone else at the rim. Prime Greg Stiemsma vibes. The final stages will be in Chicago in early August for anyone looking to catch it live.
