So Miami would have to (worst case scenario for us) trade Herro/Duncan Robinson/Jovic/2 or 3 firsts. Honestly, if I am Portland I force them to include Martin so that it's basically Dame/Butler/Bam and nobody else at all.

If your portland why not ask for bam wtf get something back than lowry or herro good god.

Well yeah, but I am trying to be reasonable.

I'd rather have Grant, tbh.

Dame forcing his way to a specific team after he said something about just wanting a chance to compete the other day is most hilarious. Also love him adding a second team to the "list" to try and pretend he's not doing that. It's like when Anthony Davis said he would accept a trade to the Bucks when he was forcing himself out of NO.

Meh, by the time the Blazers are ready to compete again, I doubt anyone will remember this. Plus their highest profile free agent signing is, who, Evan Turner? So good players are already kind of ignoring them.

Cronin doesn't seem to have enough in the cranium to try to squeeze every last drop of cheap/young depth out of Miami's roster.

Yeah, it's to a team in a hot market, that was just in the finals, and that can't give up anything good. It's basically everything he said he wasn't. This ain't him going to say Denver or somewhere just to win.

They were loyal in giving him that big a** extension. And not dealing him when everyone clamored for it.

You trade him for the best offer. Don't like it? He should've negotiated a no trade clause.

We may have some hope here. Daryl Morey isn’t going to let a Miami deal go through without getting his paws on it.

I’m sure he’s been on with Portland selling a Maxey/Tobias and picks deal. And adding in whatever he can get from the Clips for Harden.

And frankly, Dame on a dysfunctional Philly team scares me a lot less than if he’s in Miami

If portland wanted to force miamis hand they could ask for something good.Look at tbe teams vying for him compare what thry have to trade n draft picks betcha miami is 2nd or 3rd

Meh, I suspect the 1000 best players in the world care much more about what you’re willing to pay them rather than if you were willing to get boned in a trade with some other player a couple years ago.

The NBA is a people business and if the Blazers screw Dame, nobody's going to want to work with them. You don't want to pay a premium just to get people in the door.

Let me see a Grayson Allen for Nas Little deal while everyone is distracted with the Lillard stuff.

Yeah. Dame/Jimmy/Bam is bad news.

Dame/Embiid is still a little scary but manageable, Dame/Bridges is not a concern at all really.

This is already true! They literally paid Evan Turner $72 million! They gave Meyers Leonard generational wealth!
