I hope this is supposed to be funny.
It's not supposed to be funny. The Bucks are built around Giannis and good players in Buds system. Khris is just a good player in the system. He is replaceable. The only player on the team that isn't replaceable is Giannis.

They replaced Giannis with nobody and didn't lose a game.

Agreed. And trades involving moving any of the vets will also lead to those vets being bought out and signing with the Sixers or Lakers for free.

And ANY move involving DDV that doesn't include Lilliard is a complete no go. DDV should be almost untouchable. He'll be first guy off the bench come playoff time.

Towns is better and younger than Dame. If he’s on the table then you go all in imo

I could see Bledsoe for Gallinari straight up and run Donte/Hill/Giannis/Gallo at point but I don’t love it.

Paul is obviously a non starter for a trade

The whole discourse around this is so odd.

It's a make or miss league, and Khris is a make or miss player. This little push he's making right now against the Hawks and Bulls of the world should be good enough to get him his first legit All-Star appearance. He wouldn't be an All-Star on the Wizards.

And right now he's playing about as well as he can play. Still, he's not gonna get these looks in the same way under playoff intensity. And we get all the same markers of his lack of stamina in the second half with a missed dunk and a few bad turnovers.

It's not enough to look at the numbers. The context and types of situations in which those numbers occur is more important.

youre so full of crap. I could talk this exact same ish about the season Giannis is having. change allstar to mvp and literally take this entire statement and apply it to Giannis. but I wont. because its just dumb. its just your mouth wagging saying dumb stuff

Is that because Hill will be starting over Bled?

I always thought it would be cool if Sterling could reach the level of prime Wes, and then we actually aquired Wes. Doesn't feel like Sterling has that next level of growth in him, he will probably get traded.

This. This should be everybody's take and be done with it.

How can anybody hate the contract? Maybe he's not worth that much to a team like the Bulls but it was the only way we were going to keep him and he makes the team better. For the Buciks, it's a great contract.

It's semantics, but how about "I wish he was paid what he's worth", which, in my opinion, is more like 4/100. And yes, I realize this is how it works in the NBA. I'd rather have him at this contract than not at all, but it's obvious that he's overpaid.

Middleton is less overpaid (if at all) than it is the truly max guys are extremely underpaid.

Even if Bledsoe can be an idiot on offense, we need him to guard Kemba Walker in a long playoff series and possibly in the west Westbrook/Harden or even Mitchell or Murray should the Jazz or Nuggets make it out.

Naah. Let someone else go all in. Why does that team suck? He puts up numbers, yeah, but is he making the team better?

I'm not a really a fan of Towns. I'm not seeing "it" from him. He doesn't have "it".

AD and Boogie didn't work. There's a real question on modern versions of twin towers being the best thing, especially when one guy is a lazy sack.

Let's trade em all.

I don't think it is that extreme to say that the team would be basically the same with Gallo as they are with Khris. They are both in that 30-40 range. Both very good shooters. Both averagish defenders. The only question is health which obviously is a big question with Gallo.

Still think JP Macura would be really good in the Bucks/Herd system.

Can we stop with the Towns talk. We're not getting him, we don't have even half the assets to get it done. Did everyone forget what OKC got for George? A seriously valuable SGA, Gallinari, 4 -1st round picks and 2 pick swaps. That's unreal, and OKC can and would flip it all to get Towns, except they could substitute Adam's for Gallinari, who the Twolves would then flip for even more picks.

He plays in the exact same system now and isn't even a special G league player. Plus he's an A hole.
