Oh and one of my favorite Dennis/Charlie moments is when they are trapped in the bottom of the cruise ship that is taking on water and Dennis goes OYE OYE OYE(does some weird noise/chant) and the gang is like what the hell was that. And he says it’s something he’s been doing lately to calm Charlie down.

The sad thing is that even if they don't everyone that doesn't watch the movie will assume that.
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

I've never been able to watch Fargo because of the accents. I get too pissed.

Just watched The Rise of Skywalker with my 8 yo. Watched in higher paying seats (didn't intend too lol) and frankly it was one of my most enjoyable movie experiences. Kept my attention for the running time, kept my attention. I think it's one of the better sequel series that I've seen. Overall kept the story going, used nostalgia nicely and brought in some nice twists throughout.

I am quite aware this flies in the face of many opinions, and I look forward to reading the spoilers back further to see how much everyone disagrees with me :D

My kids are always watching the franchise now on Disney +, and its all way cornier and melodramatic than I remember. I also am realizing Lucas ripped off a lot of the ideas I have always attributed to his creativity.

I guess this sort of backlash is probably the downside to over exposure. Ive always liked Star Wars. But the hype and the new movie every other year and the recasting of perfectly cast actors (Solo) just wore out my relaxed sensibilities.

You're probably onto something here. But you could say the same things about franchises like Bond (talk about formulaic    ) and it's really about the nostalgia and familiarity created.

Not every film needs to be a literary tour de force. I think watching it with my son massively added to the experience. He came home and drew top-down pics of a series of interplanetary aircraft, which is in no way what I did at his age...

I have a difficult time watching shows where they have to make characters really, unbelievably dumb to further plot points. Usually I just stop watching. I heard about the Walking Dead early in its run. I could not get through the first episode because they had to make the character ridiculously dumb to further plot points. Then have them miraculously escape.

I also have a tough time watching shows where I don't like any of the characters.

I heard about YOU. So I watched the first episode it was complete trash. Characters dumb beyond belief just to further plot points and none of them likable. But I thought back to the Walking dead. It is a phenomenon. Maybe I just had to give it more time. I sat through like 4 episodes and it doesn't get any better. I don't understand some people's taste in shows.

For the people that do still watch the show. Did they get to the point where they reveal that the main character HH Holmes'd the Book store owner yet?

The stupidity was the main problem I had in the 15 minutes I was paying attention.

Finished season 2 of Sex Education. Was as enjoyable as the first. Looking forward to season 3.

Also recently caught up on watching Fleabag. Can see what all the fuss was about. Very well done.

I also really enjoyed Formula 1: Drive to Survive on Netflix. I'm not a big car racing person (at least not recently, liked it when I was a kid). I thought much of the footage was breathtaking and it was well edited to make it seem a bit 'soap opera'-esque. Lots of drama, ego and personality conflicts. Rated it highly and am keen to watch some F1 this year now.

Okay shoot me. I've never watched an episode of The Office before...decided to start a binge. Up to S1 E4 still not sure what I'm missing but I had no idea Malcolm Brogdon was an actor.

Did you watch The Young Pope? They took all of the weirdness of the first season and kicked it up a whole lot of notches this season. It's hilarious. I still haven't watched the third episode, but the first two were like :o

Final half-season of Bojack Horseman coming out on Friday. I'm kind of bummed about it. It's such a great show and I really am so impressed with the way it tapped into the complexities of the human condition within a cartoon about a Anthropomorphic Horse living in Hollywoo(d).

There's this moment in episode 2 where he's talking to Voiello and he's leaning on his side dressed in all purple with eye liner on and I just **** lost it. Like who the **** is this dude?

It's such a good show and he's such a good addition.
