Why are you so confident about that? He's a great college shot-blocker, but so are a lot of guys who never made it in the NBA. He has lots of potential but also seems like he's a long way from being ready to play at a high level in the NBA.
He looks like an elite defensive 4/5 hybrid combined with a developed outside shot. Excellent footwork on the defensive end, has no issues at all switching on guards and has lockdown potential on the perimeter. Incredible shot-blocking instincts combined with a decent athletic foundation, great measurements and a developing frame. He's quite foul prone right now, but mostly due to being overagressive and not mature enough (who could blame him, he's one of the youngest prospects in the draft).
On offense his shot is going in. The release point is a bit low, but as a big he's going to get it off. He also has potential as a roll man and can play on the perimeter due to his surprisingly good handling and passing ability. He's going to be able to attack closeouts with time and is a plus finisher at the rim.
He's the prototype every team is looking for in bigs.
