He definitely isn't locked in. He said himself that he would normally be in much better shape and up to game speed normally.

I didn’t want to be the first to bring this up but so far he looks very passive and kind of slow. I’m slightly freaked out only because of my traumatized past of being a Wisconsin sports fan.
