My biggest pet peeves is coaches overreacting to fouls. Giannis used up about half his fouls in about a half. Chances are he won't foul out and even more likely refs will protect him from a sixth which is an advantage. Instead the coaches voluntarily guarantee one of their best players loses minutes by sitting them. Worst case is Giannis fouls out in the fourth and will have played his max minutes.
