I could get excited about him at 33, but 23's a reach, especially for our win now position. Would show they got infatuated w/ 1 man. I'd be disappointed if they didn't just take Shannon then, who has some star potential, & wouldn't take as long to contribute.

He said specifically in his mock draft that he's been hearing AJ to the Bucks for awhile now and he's recently worked out for a bunch of teams picking in the 20s and early 30s so we might take him at #23 to avoid nervously waiting until #33.

So gross.

Good luck- his wife has cooked her famous brisket tonight and he's switched off his phone. Timing isn't great, but it was on special and that's just how the use by date fell.

He's a flawed pro player and I don't love him, but Kinecht this late is ridiculous value IMO.

I think Collier, Furphy, and Filipowski are my 3 highest rated guys left.

So aren't the 16 players picked ahead of him.

Board is dead, think you have to trade the pick at this point for any assets you can get. Take Dunn, TSJ, or AJ at 33

Knecht may be as good as AJG some day.

But today is not that day.

Something off-putting about playing "Not like us" while players go up on stage to shake silvers hand. They do know what that song is about, right?

Based on what? They're white? Knecht's standing reach measured at 7.5" higher than Pat's. And aside from the shooting, there's far more offensive craft to his game. He speeds up, then slows down, to score under control. Almost no way he's not a good offensive player, unlike Pat, so that comparison's DOA. The question is his D. I'd take Pat on that end. Then Knecht's a core player.

He's more like Reaves, if we have to stick w/ a white guy, who will now join him as a teammate. But there are differences too.

I miss the good old days when we sucked and picked in the top half of the draft.
