Regarding the offense (all of these are nba.com stats) - we're 13th in pace, 19th in the league in 3PA per game, and 13th in 3PA frequency. We're 14th in 3P% at 35.6%, so we're not actually shooting terribly from deep.

We're the worst offensive rebounding team in the league (followed by the Suns, which is kinda fun), so we hardly get reloads either.

We're last in the league in assisted 2PA% at 41.2%.

We're 21st in fast break points, and 11th in opponent fast break points (surprising!).

We're a middling paced team that doesn't run much with the best transition attacker in basketball, and a legendary transition three-point shooter. We went from a top 5 3PA team in most Bud years (ironically only 8th the year we won the title) to a bottom half 3PA team after swapping a mediocre shooter for an elite one. We don't pass the ball much, we've stopped cutting, and almost never get the ball to a rolling big. Instead the offense is now focused on isolation, drives, and back-to-the-basket 2PA.

We've gone from a team that usually won the math game, to a team that's getting clobbered by it.
Somebody frame this and send it to the entire organization.
