Stevie (who can see) on top. Which is great! HOWEVAH, it gets the least burn of his imperial classics at Chonestown HQ.

Truth be told, I play "Hotter Than July" more often.

Truth be told, "Hotter Than July" is a better album.

Interesting, dear boy. I shall listen to both "Hotter Than July" and "Songs in the Key of Life" over the coming days and report back. Please stand by for further correspondence.

Same.

I always struggle with these lists. Much like the Grammys, it's impossible to draw a fair line between popular music success and acknowledging non-popular-but-no-less-incredible art without being intentional, which no one ever is because they want to have it both ways.

I count...*double checks*...three Dylan albums. Three too many IMO.

I'm preparing to get flamed, but I stand by it.

I also don't care for "Sir Duke." <ducks>

ETA: Innervisions is the best Stevie record.

It has to be because of where I grew up and where I live, but the complete lack of country from the early-80s to late-90s on all these lists bugs me.

We are but putty in Chones' hands, I appreciate the gentle caress in shaping our Stevie world view.

Yessir?

Must have overlooked this in my menchies.

I'm completely sincere in staking out HTJ > SITKOL. It's a windswept territory bereft of but a few woebegone shacks, but it's home for yr boy. "All I Do" leading into "Rocket Love" hombres.

George Strait was a singles artist, but that don't explain away the stadium country culprits.

A recut version of Red Dawn where Harry Dean Stanton calls out "Avenge Alan Jackson."

Oh, I was thinking of how I would greet you 'Straya style if we bumped into each other in a pub. It made sense to me at the time to post this.

I enjoyed my journey back to Stevie but forgot to rank what I was listening to on my commute/s. Will have to start the project again tomorrow.

What was it like to experience the betamax/VHS wars back in high school?

We only had a VHS but I had a crazy collection of used VHS tapes from Blockbuster in HS.
