Down goes Miami
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Re: ATL -Fizdale Fizzles Out in NY
Halfway into the season and the 2nd seed in the East is EIGHT games behind LOL
To explain, this means that we have to lose 8 games straight while they win 8 games straight to catch up to us. Honestly I doubt we lose another 8 games all up.

Did you really just post a lineup with the starting 2 guard being JR Smith?
Our actual management posted a lineup with the starting 2 guard being Tony Snell.

While the East crumbles the Lakers are on our ass. I like that. Keep motivated. Despite last year #1 overall seed matters.

Is the Portland-Sacramento trade just Portland paying 2 2nd round picks to reduce their luxury tax or do one of them think the trade improves them?

Yeah having another plus defender who can knock down a three would suck.
Not the same guy he was 3 years ago. He can't hit the three. He is 32.7% from three this year, and played 67 games last year and went 32.0% from three. Dude sucks now. Keep him away.
He'd be OK if his salary was 1.5M.

I'd rather we start load managing all of our players so they are as fresh for the playoffs as Kawhi was last season.

Our starters barely play. Mpg is crazy low for all our starters compared to every other team

Royce O'Neal gets 4 year 36 million contract. I wonder what Sterling can get.

Don't you know that's why our players won't be able to play 38min in playoff games?

One of these crap for crap deals is going to give someone the 7th seed and a whole lot of false hope heading into the summer.

I see both points here. Pretty much any player like Bazemore would improve by coming to the Bucks and this system.
At the same time, the NBA has seen lots of guys like Bazemore. They aren't great, but seem to be able to play well for two to four seasons, just to coincide with earning a big contract. But in the end they lose that little bit of motivation and also lose that tiny edge of physical skills. And they usually bounce from the league by age 30. He's there IMO.

Bazemore shooting 35% wouldn't make him good, either. He's different from Sterling Brown but he's not better than Sterling Brown. I think he'd be fine here but he's certainly not worth upsetting anybody. If we had an open spot after the trade deadline and he was the best guy out there, sure. Otherwise: why?

100% the Blazers paying two second rounders to reduce their tax bill. No way the owner wants to keep paying a HUGE tax bill for a team that will either miss the playoffs or sneak into the 8th seed and get smoked by the Lakers.

You're not wrong. Bazemore looked like a corpse out there the other night. I know Sterling is gone after this year and all, but just having him standing around in his warm up pants and tucked in jersey is more valuable to the team than what Bazemore could give them. Plus, Sterling can actually play defense and hit a corner three consistently. That could be valuable in a playoff series as long as he resists the urge to dribble.

Another reason to like that is better chance of obtaining 70 wins. I know that’s more for bragging rights than anything, but if the Lakers start stumbling we may be load managing everyone through our brutal finish and losing those games as a result. If they’re on our heels we’ll try to play our full rotation to keep the overall 1 seed.
