I wonder if the FO will take a look at Jaxon Hayes as in FA. He would be a nice young guy to add to take a chance on. He is not Aaron Gordon but that should probably be the guy he should model his game after. Plus, his ft shooting leads me to think he can develop his 3pt shooting

Gotta admit, I don't get this one. He'd have still been a RFA next year. This is how the Cavs lost Boozer.

Kira Lewis is intriguing

It’s odd. GSW still has his rights and he just signed a two-year contract with Baskonia.

I've long had land on both Bamba and Reddish islands. Both those blocks have now eroded away however.

Very odd, that they extended him a QO today & yet he's not on their SL team instead. Like if Hugo was on the Spurs SL team.

Have to wonder what's going on there.

Would kind of weird me out if we traded for him.

From the GSW board

IIRC, Nico agreed to go to Bucks SL around a month ago. I dont think he or his team expected the Warriors to offer a QO.. it gets kinda interesting now. He just signed with Baskonia and I believe EL and NBA have an agreement not to poach contracts. So Nico can't sign the QO, but it does retain his rights in GS

So if I'm understanding right, the Bucks can rescind their offer for SL since they have no chance to get him (unless via trade), but even then there's the issue with the Baskonia contract

So they weren't going to offer it because he would have signed it, but then he couldn't sign it so they offered it?

Would really put AGs leadership skills to the test.
(I personally think it is a horrible idea but maybe being a 8 year vet would start making up for his lack of BBIQ like you saw with McGee and Dwight later in their careers.

Net "meh"? Weird thing to expect from a player who's had seasons where his team was 8 points/100 and 14 points/100 better with him on the floor. It's weird how a guy can get typecast without fans even bothering to educate themselves.

How would you explain why it is that every team that he has ever been on was not sad to see him leave?

Detroit wanted to keep him, but he wanted to play for a winner. He signed with Houston as a contender, but then Harden and PJ became pouty boys, and the coach was replaced by a moron. Then he got dealt to have to play for Kidd. Nobody deserves that.

I like Banton too. Defends and passes. Has size.

I had a similar experience when I saw Roy Hibbert walking around DC a year or two ago. Was not expecting to see a former player like that but I’m 95% it was him. He is a massive human being.

I'd be very interested in Nathan Knight as a backup big. Athletic and hit 36% from 3. Really springy, long armed, and plays hard. Wolves didn't tender, making him a FA.

Yurtseven would be my #1 FA target followed by Terence Davis for the TPMLE.

Kira Lewis (if he gets cut), Kennedy Chandler or Scotty Pippen Jr and Jontay Porter for the minimum spots (in addition to AJ Green assuming we do a two for one with Allen+Pat).

Also assumes we get Khris, Brook, and Jae back
Shoot, Move, and Communicate...
