I watched the comedy movie "The Estate" starring Toni Collette, Anna Faris, David Duchovny, Ron Livingston, Kathleen Turner. It was pretty good. A bit raunchy as well.

Re: OT: TV and Movies
I can't believe Hulu's gonna release the entire second season of the Bear tomorrow. I got it on some level for the first season when they didn't know what they had. But not spacing it out in year two is insane.

Every other FX show that I know of is week to week, so it is weird that they would keep it the same.

Re: OT: TV and Movies
Some stuff plays really well as a release at once - I think reality/doc style stuff that isn't watercooler fodder like Drive to Survive, and Queer Eye work really well that way. But the Bear is too good (and by all accounts S2 is another banger) to not get an extended spotlight.

Ritchie's password in the opener of The Bear made me spit up my coffee. Just wonderful.

Episode six is one of the best hours of TV ever.

That made me happy to hear.
I loved season 1 so much. And then for some reason had little interest or anticipation for season 2. Maybe I just thought season 1 had a great arch and resolution. But season 2 is absolutely a continuation of a great show. Everything is still clicking. Good acting, good dialogue, interesting setting, so on point with Chicago.

Re: OT: TV and Movies
That was the best season of TV I've ever seen and I'm not sure what else is even in the discussion. Started great, got perfect midway through, then somehow got even better. My GOD, the finale.
And again, Hulu not spacing it out week to week is criminal and every exec should be fired.

I said that after I watched it, and for different reasons I think I liked seven even more. Whole season was unreal but my god that back half.

The Christmas dinner one hour episode was intense. Emmy's for sure. I watched the whole second season of the Bear yesterday. Totally forgot the NBA draft was yesterday.

So it sounds like I should maybe give season 1 a try?

Re: OT: TV and Movies
I didn't think season 1 lived up to the hype but I'll probably give S2 a shot at some point.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

It's definitely my favorite. It's obviously early, but IMDB ratings for the ten episodes:
8.3
8.4
8.6
9.3
8.6
9.9
9.7
9.4
9.4
9.8
It's second half is a run I haven't seen since Breaking Bad finished. Just one amazing banger after banger.

Re: OT: TV and Movies
Also, I don't want to spoil it, but the cameos they got for this season are insane. One actress in particular that's been around since the 70s does literal career best stuff and is probably gonna take home some hardware for it.
