that's not the kind of veteran presence you wanted to add to that young roster. that was probably the worst above average veteran they could have picked to help lead the locker room. it's going to be entertaining, that's for sure.

Praying Brooklyn comes in with the Godfather offer for Dame and Philly gets pennies on the dollar for Harden. That could present the least resistance to the Finals we've seen in awhile.

I dont know who the nets have thry can trade they have lots of draft picks so i guess for portland it will come down to what they want most players(miami) or draft picks( nets)

If you're the Clippers, why would you pursue Harden (an all-time playoff dropper) instead of Lillard? Clippers also have tons of expiring salary, which I have to think is more appealing than Herro/Robinson on multi-year deals. Plus those post-Kawhi/PG picks are more likely to be in the lottery than Miami's. (And why not send Terrance Mann over to the Milwaukee Bucks for helping to facilitate the deal with an expiring Grayson Allen and the Blazers' own 2024 2nd rounder?)
