Talk about dream team, send those 3 to Lebrons house. Bucks will win not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 championships.

i realize Henson went out on a big note this year but that doesn't change the fact the past 3yrs he's been overall pedestrian. If he magically turned the corner in those 6 games I'll agree with you but that's far from a guarantee

Yeah, I'd rather take the better cost certainty and unproven guy than unproven mediocre one in that situation. Hopefully it doesn't come down to that, but it's what I had been bracing for.

It's highly ridiculous that I'm even thinking there is a tiny chance the Monroe may be more intrigued in MKE then LA/NY. Just think about if that were to happen....

I squandered an asset? Then Hammond taught me well.

Someone else will sign Monroe by the end of today, and like someone else said, I really don't see Robin Lopez coming to Milwaukee by choice.

So that leaves (hopefully) a trade. I mean we can't go into the season with our current big men, can we?

Sign Koufos and KOQ like we always should have done.

My guess: we want Monroe. Monroe wants NYK. NYK understands this and is letting him toil, thinking other teams are not a threat, while they futilely chase Aldridge. Once Aldridge makes his decision (to go to the Spurs), I am guessing Monroe will sign with the Knicks.

I'm 100% behind this idea, but we need to find a taker for 2 out of our 3 current centers

It's a business. He's not going to make the new climate max in 2 years by being labeled, fairly or not, an effing loser. But that might well happen after a stint in NY/LA. That's my main sales pitch. Negative recruiting. Then some other crap about Jabari, Giannis, and owning the future.

You can't reasonably dispute it from that. Not signing Chandler, maybe because we didn't want to go 4 years, or just didn't see him fitting the plan enough, doesn't disprove the notion. It's a sample of one. Using that to fit the opposite narrative makes it a much flimsier one. The only questions are how far does the Schwartz influence really go and overall is it a net negative, positive, or neutral.

My only "narrative" is that Jason Kidd isn't making any major personnel decisions based on player's agents. He brought in guys he was familiar with on 10-day contracts when the Bucks were desperate for bodies. Thats it. Nothing to see here. If we make a ridiculous, future mortgaging signing a la Kohl, who happens to be a Schwartz client, I'll gladly change my tune. Until then, its a non story.

setting up awkwardly perfect for a Roy Hibbert trade... Idk what to even think about that. Initial reaction is please no but I guess I can be talked into it. He definitely protects the rim.

Why do I get this feeling that we are going to miss out on all the centers and then end up trading for Hibbert. Also, not a fan of Robin Lopez

We've reached that point where it's becoming a far better option to go with contract year Henson instead of spending for the sake of spending.

There were 15 minute breaks to give him time to reload. :reporter:
