Giannis landed Bobby, and who knows Bud's role in identifying Brook/Pat. Jrue and Tucker were signature moves indicative of a GM going all-in.

Yea. Im meh on horst. He didn't do anything out of the box. Has balls and strikes. His big swing barely went over the fence and that is all that matters. The Jrue trade hit the yellow line as it bounced into the stands.

If that ball is caught at the warning track, he would've been gone a long time ago. But we got a ring and that is all that matters.

He looked to be on the downward slide of his career. Really important culture guy for that team though. They fell apart badly when they lost his vet presence.

He looked like he’d lost a step though. Wasn’t staying in front of guys defensively as well as he used to. His three point shot dropped off alarmingly too.

Hopefully the time he has needed to take to rehab his knee will give the whole body a bit of a refresh. If we can get 90% of prime Utah Jingles it’ll be great for us. If we get final year Utah Jingles I think he’ll be a one and done guy for us.

I wonder what stage he is at. Do we have the same knowledge as the bucks? Or have they seen him shooting at this point?

Ingles is rehabbing in Australia at the moment. Was with the Australian team as they prepared to play China this week. Points in favour of Ingles to the Bucks - its his first major injury and rehab is going well, he has never been a starter throughout his European and NBA career so while there are lots of miles on the clock he hasn’t been run in the red, the forced rest will mean he is fresh, he was never fast or athletic and so you are not paying him to add to his 91 NBA blocks or 6 dunks, he has a meanness on the court that the Bucks could do with, he has one of the best PnR’s in the game, he is a world class 3 point shooter, and he is a quality human and vet in the shed.

Points against - the end range for his return is post all star break.

Being honest... even the ghost of recovering Ingles on our bench is already our teams best shooter, passer and ball handler... hopefully we change some of that with trades

It's the dumbest argument ever.....2 more inches over the line and KD is the dumbest player ever for not being sure of where he was on the court.

It happened. We have a ring. Love it or leave it.

I will never have a better sports journey in my life.

Give KD's big toe the 21 Finals Championship ring & FMVP already.

*Have a groupie take his big toe size & send him the ring.

Or KD shoots from one step farther back and misses short, Kawhi's quadruple bounce game winner doesn't go in, there is no pandemic, and there is no wet spot against Chicago. Now you're talking about four-time NBA champion Jon Horst.

**** yes to this post.

I would give up 3 1sts for Donovan Mitchell

This is why I hate the Horst / Bud combo .... they haven't developed any young talent, that would make him attractive to any GM as a prospect. Even Jabari Parker although most here didn't like him ... there was a team (Bulls) that gave him 2/40M ... and we got nothing in return. Same for Brogdon ... we only got a pick and failed to create a trade excemption cause of a miss calculation. Terrible drafting skills , terrible player development-showcasing-marketing-selling.

Eh, Durant went 0-5 in OT, I can't believe the toe is still brought up.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I get Nets fans still hanging on to it and crying, but our own fans on our board? Super lame.

Random thought that we've got Bird rights on Ibaka if it would help for a sign and trade. Like if we wanted to do Ibaka and Grayson for Buddy Hield or something. Obviously Ibaka would have to be ok with going to "Indiana" for 9m or whatever. Doubt he'd get it any other way.

Interestingly we actually have some contracts we can put together this year for a potential trade at the deadline if something good comes up.

Hill - Grayson - Ingles is around $19 million, so it opens the door to some interesting options in February.

Almost as lame as Demar DeRozan getting MVP chants at the Fiserv Forum during the playoffs. Bucks fanbase is something else.

Will the Bucks sign someone who can't shoot 3s and is only OK on defense? He's a good player, but is he a Buck?

I mean they wanted Javale McGee and Vanderbilt is like insanely awesome on defense.
V8, Bobby flexes, and mean mug Giannis energy would be beyond electric.

You can enjoy it and bask in the glory, but still acknowledge that the difference between employment and unemployment was that close.

T-Wolves have some roster spots to fill now and likely looking for vets. I can see them being interested in taking on George Hill as their vet defensive guard to fill the hole left by Beverley going.
