Year 2, probably as good as Hibbert.
I agree that this is his draft if he puts the back questions to rest, but I still think he takes 2-3 seasons before he is a difference maker on the court. If immediate impact is what management drafts for, I see 1. Wiggins, 2. Parker. That said, I hope he is #1 on the board, because I love his game.
