I haven't heard anything. I'm disappointed with all the "member benefits" I was sold on when I bought my tickets.

For those of you not in the know, season ticketholders have STILL not been given their benefit packages, even though we're a month into the season. No merch discount, no concession credit, no nothing. Also: the ability to purchase tickets at a discount or ahead of the masses has basically been erased. There is next to no reason to purchase a season ticket package. You're simply overpaying for the 3/4 of games that you can get for less on StubHub or on a promotion for the privilege of getting Warriors tix. And if you try to sell THOSE on the secondary market the Bucks threaten to "buy back" those tickets at their discretion if they find out and revoke your season package.

"Bucks Fans Call Foul on Team"
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

I'm somewhat surprised the amount of tickets being dumped. New arena + good team. Obviously Stubhub wasn't around during the ECF season but brokers like Ticket King were. Not only did they average 18,000+ that year but you could never buy a ticket for under face.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I can't see the Bucks enforcing the buyback stipulation. Barring some really deep playoff run, I think many season ticket holders are not going to renew. There seems to be a lot of disappointment with the lack of clarity on benefits, the late roll out of the fluid ticketing, and just the overall Market being pretty down. Most lower-level holders seem to be taking losses on their seats.

It has definitely been a rocky transition to the new arena, I agree. In most years past we would know our upcoming benefits, etc by February-March of the previous season. This year as mentioned there has been nothing formal announced yet and the fluid ticketing (i.e. new exchange program) didn't roll out until after the season started. In addition they kind slipped in the secondary market stipulation, restricted buying/re-selling marquee games, and limited other games to buy from 6 to 4 total. I think everybody was expecting more of a sellers market which has not really happened.

Maybe as the season goes on and if they keep winning, ticket demand will go up for all games not just marquee and some weekend matchups.

I don't think the FO knows how much they're burning bridges with their longtime season ticketholders. They naively think the excitement around the new arena will persist long into the future. Meanwhile, a couple of the guys I share tickets with (who have been loyal since the early 90s) are going to bounce once the team starts sliding back down the standings based on the treatment by the new ownership group.

Agreed. Those that stuck around during the lean years should be rewarded. Instead they're treated as disposable. When I had season tickets I was treated great. Sounds like that's not the case anymore.

That's not cool at all.

My brother sat thru **** basketball for almost two decades. As many of you all did. Not cool to just be a number now.

First time at the arena yesterday. Wow. Its wonderful. love the open concourse, looks so nice, the BMO felt like a bomb shelter. Upper deck is still obviously steep as **** but the fact that the lower bowl is much bigger now makes the upper much more comfy. Still **** for leg room but theres cupholders, even if they are only 3 inches deep its much better. Seats are nicer too. Hoping to go to a game without the kiddos so I can check out the beer garden and go up to the panorama club. Used the parking structure, incredibly easy getting out, much better than the old structure and the ability to use the skywalk is great.

I have season tickets and am trying to figure out if the Bucks can even find out how many games you are selling on the secondary market. If you sell on stubhub once your tickets sell you do a normal ticket transfer like it was a friend.

I believe they could only monitor your sales if you use the NBA ticket resale right through the app. Then it's listed o your account that you sold them. but if you sell on stubhub once you transfer how do they know if it was a sell or transfer to friends??!

Reason why benefits haven't been announced....

"Lastly, we want to let you know that we are working on the launching member benefits platform as soon as possible. We have experienced some unforeseen technical difficulties and want to make sure the product is at its best when we roll it out. We can’t wait for you all to customize what’s most important to you!"

Shhhh, they read this. :) I don't see why they care. The tickets sold and if their attendance is doing well, who cares. I mean last night the place is pretty much full for a Wednesday night first Memphis. In previous years that would be a half empty Bradley Center. Plus if they restrict reselling as a season ticket holder, they are going to lose a ton of people. I'm hoping and thinking it was maybe thrown out there to curb resale in the first year of the building.

Curious how many "points" we will all get for the membership plan. I do like having the fluid ticketing as an option.

What are everyone's favorite food options so far in the building? I did a Sobelman's classic cheese last night and it was a little disappointing, extremely dry. I'm usually pretty easy to please but I had to pour on the ketchup. Soda $7 but was a very generous glass. Beer choices were good. Prices are what they are I guess.

Very nice place, feels big time. I mean for me, I'm there to watch the game and that experience wasn't night & day different; but it's nice having spacious concourses, cup holders (albeit not deep ones), tons of bathrooms with lines that moved fast, food, drinks, etc.

As I sit at these games while the **** in front me me stands and blocks my view all while blowing his crap smelling vape in my face, I just can't help but think of all the better ways I could have spent thousands of dollars. I don't think I've ever gone from so excited to so disappointed in anything in my life.

I recently sold some extra concert tix for a future FiServ show on Stubhub. All they required was a screen shot of each ticket. I would have thought they would have required me to transfer the tix via Ticketmaster but they didn't. Not sure how it works for Bucks tix.

Iron Grate BBQ sandwich is by far my favorite so far

Gold Rush chicken tenders after that. Also excited to see they have added bone in fried chicken at the arena to the stand. I will definitely try that next time.

Chik Fila is a pretty good value for sandwich/fries

Bought a $2 Klements brat before Raptors game. They "ran out" of buns and it was served on texas toast. Good brat, but weird, they stopped serving them on buns.

The grilled cheese and mac & cheese stands upstairs look intriguing, but don't really to want to pay $10 for either of those items

Never been a Soblemens fan, don't plan on trying them there

What are concession prices like? I'm going to the game on Wednesday against the Blazers (sorry in advance for the loss because they are terrible when I go) and if concession prices are reasonable I'll probably just get something there.
