Wow

I was wondering when you would pop in.

You agree with him?

Who knows what Golden State might offer. But I think I'd go for the blockbuster on behalf of the Bucks and offer Bogut/Ersan for Kwame's expiring, Klay, Udoh and Curry. That's a rebuild trade that would be fun to see.

Golden State could laugh, but I'd put it on the table. And if GS didn't want Ersan, then work with them on a third team to send them a draft pick instead of Ilysova. Maybe you send Capt. Jack and Ersan to Boston and Boston sends Ray to Golden State or something like that.

That would be my dream outcome.

Our good friend Alex Kennedy seconds what Stein reported earlier tonight that the Warriors' No. 1 target is Bogut. The reported 3-team deal is their backup plan if they can't get him.

Trust me when I say you don't want to go there. He's 100% absolutely done, washed up, finished. There will be an anagram representing his contract when it finally gets close to expiring. Maybe the worst rotation player in the NBA this season. And last.

The trade deadline is really the only excitement left for the season. I hope the GS deal (with Curry) gets done. After the deadline it's going to be debating mediocre prospects and how much to overpay Ersan for three months.

Kennedy has proven to be connected a bit, but it is still pretty funny to make jokes and post pictures like this.

Simple if the Raptors value Curry over Jennings
Warriors get Bogut
Raptors get: Curry
Bucks get: Raptors 2012 1st rd pick(top 3 protected) and Brown

As both a Raptors, and Curry fan... I'd do that deal in a second. That's a good deal all around, but I don't know if GS would give up Curry just like that...

Mate you need to pick up the bottom lip and enjoy following your team, or not follow it so much.

The Bucks are in this to win-now (by which I mean maybe they win one playoff game, but we all know that's how they roll). They are not trading Bogut for a draft pick. I don't even think they are going to trade him for Curry at this point. I bet it's Ellis, Lee, and bunch of sweeteners. Plus unloading Jax and Gooden in the deal.

As a Warriors fan, my guess is, if the Warriors were willing to offer Curry in a Bogut deal, there'd be a deal right now. Doubt they are, which is why a deal isn't done and is unlikely to get done. Don't see the pieces fitting.

If Curry was healthy that would be true. But he's not. So if he is being offered it's not a slam-dunk call for the Bucks, especially if there is any concern or belief his ankle injuries will remain a chronic problem. The primary reason why the Bucks are making Bogut available is because he hasn't been able to stay healthy. Swapping him for another player with injury issues isn't an easy decision to make.

That's where you flip him to the Raptors for their pick(top 3 protected)

My official prediction is Bogut/Jax/Gooden/Brockman for Ellis/Lee/Udoh/Wright. That would be so Bucks-like. We'd be lucky if they're smart enough to insist on Udoh and Wright - they'd probably go for Kwame's expiring instead of those two!

I don't want to do that as it is good odds the Raptors might get the third pick. I'd flip him to the Raptors if that pick was only #1 overall protected this year and unprotected next year.

BuckPack said he liked the deal and thinks it would be good for both teams. I'm going to trust his player evaluation and say that this is not for Ellis as the primary piece. If GSW isn't offering Curry, there isn't a deal they can make that would get me to say yes.

I don't do an Ellis deal or a Curry deal. If Curry was healthy I would but his ankles scare the crap out of me.

These teams are going to struggle to come up with something without a third party involved.

I'd imagine the Bucks would do their due dilligence if Curry is being offered. As you mentioned, Bogut is an injury risk as well

I don't think it will be that hard. I think if the Warriors are willing to offer more than just Curry or take back The Ultimate Teammate I think a deal gets done. If I had to wager I'd say the former is more likely than the latter.
