Finished Bosch. It's not top of the line prestige TV but just a solid and enjoyable show (I'd you like detective shows).

It's like the Adrian Houser of TV shows, won't blow you away but you could do much worse with the bottom of your rotation :)

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

Agreed, but I'm a sucker for movies/shows in a medieval setting, so I'll definitely give it a watch at some point.

Those last two trailers were helpful for the future moment in 2029 when Im scanning through whatever the future version of netflix is and have to choose between the 30th worst Matt Damon movie and the Jackass where they were all sadly old

Finished Katla and really liked it overall, though I thought one of story arcs had a clumsy conclusion. Super slow burn, more unsettling than outright horror, and the dialogue and character writing is really excellent.

I'm embarrassed to say I just discovered Ted Lasso. I am not embarrassed to say I've nearly cried like three times in the first four episodes.
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

I feel like the concept of this show would fail like 98% of the time yet somehow they landed in the 2% and absolutely nailed it.

The show is much like Ted, you want to roll your eyes at it but it burrows it's way into you and you can't help but to love it.

Stoaked for this, starts Friday. Sir Gawain and the Green Knight is a poem by an unknown author written in about 1400 said by some to be the greatest poem of Middle English literature

I haven't seen any of the new season yet but I'm alrready worried that they won't be able to recapture what they had in the first season. Like you said, it was such a difficult needle to thread.

They are dropping one episode a week so the only one out there is episode 1. It was very good!

Okay, a correction: Infinity Train is The Good Place + Stranger Things, not TGP + Adventure Time. It still rules.
