The Idol is one of the worst shows I've ever seen.

…and for some reason, I can’t stop watching. It’s definitely a car crash of a show. The Weeknd is unbelievably bad in it  kind of looking forward to seeing his character get a bad ending.

At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

Still mad that HBO cancelled Perry Mason, while absolute gutter trash like The Idol for some reason nabbed their primetime Sunday slot. And people wonder why all these streaming networks are constantly failing. They have no **** clue what to do when they have a good show on their hands.

Zas has taken the most prestigious brand in TV history and put it on even footing with My Mom Married a Tortoise or whatever silage they're dumping in the trough. Many of the things the Max app recommends I watch are offensive to me. Not that I give a **** about the content, but the fact that they're suggesting I'd like it is a direct insult.

I can't get passed that Lily Rose-Depp looks like handsome Squidward at certain angles.

Yea that was solid. Actually, this whole season so far has been really good. Best season in several years, kind of feels like they got back to basics a bit. I wonder if them doing the podcast and rewatching the old episodes really helped them out. My main negative the last few years is what they've done with Mac character. And I guess in general kinda playing into the 'stereotypes' of the characters a bit too hard. That's still going on a bit but its certainly less now than the last few

I've only stuck with it b/c the season is so short, but I'd be lying if I didn't enjoy watching, like you said, the car crash

Silo
Spoiler:
so the reason they put the fake display in the helmet is so people will clean the camera?
Also, did we see a bunch of additional silos in that last shot?

Season 1 of Silo might be the best sci-fi I've seen since....Andor?

Spoiler:
Yeah, those were all other silos. Did not see that twist coming. I think we all were assuming the big reveal was gonna be that the mayor/head of IT was covering up that everything was fine outside, but that was just a misdirect. He was really trying to cover up the fact that all of humanity is still living right next to each other in identical silos, but are all completely unaware of each other's existence.

The first 2 of the last season of Jack Ryan dropped today (final 4 will be weekly). I like the show. And they are setting up Michael Pena for the spin-off.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Silo:

Spoiler:
I for one can't wait to watch Jules wave into the camera of another Silo and cause complete pandemonium.

Time for me to grab the books!

I cooled on it after 2-3 episodes but felt compelled to finish it through
