He's the guy who made Sweeney's scheme work the year he was here because he could (and did) communicate it effectively. They'd hide him the corner and he'd tell everybody else what to do. He's going to be a very good coach; it's a shame he's taking a job under Kidd. I'd have loved to have him back here or coaching the Herd.
