very few trade ideas make sense. none that matter do. either way the board is a bore on that topic.

our games are over by halftime and even if theyre not so what. we can only fake theres an issue once a month if we lose one of these goddam things.

sure we can manufacture drama over whether brogdon or middletons contracts make sense. but honestly? whatev. whats it matter if youre 45-7 the all-star break what the goddam payroll is or wtf were facing in the future besides Giannis contract. we literally dont even have a bad contract on this team we can suggest a **** move to get rid of. im supposed to get excited brainstorming about how we upgrade sterling brown for crissakes?

obviously the playoffs will matter but who gives a **** in January about that. sure there will be like 3 weeks this spring that the season starts to matter but why bother with message board life if that's all its become about.

so im not sure if this is even an improvement in my life. if we win a championship what does it really matter to me the next day after. at least before I felt like brainstorming ideas about how to improve was some fun.

on a side note I played golf today and its like the 3rd time in a row ive gone out in the last couple weeks and shot 80 in the 45 degrees NC gives me this time of year. that's now like wtf ev too. im getting old and I cant make the turn or go low anymore so that's become boring too.

I guess ill just keep drinking more beer today and think of something else that's fun to do.

this is a looser mentality, its time to become #ELITE fans like Warrior fans were the last 5 years. Just enjoy the greatness

looser mentality is thinking something still needs fixing...…. and this team needs nothing if youre honest with yourself.

that's bore--ing if you fancy yourself as the thinker type.

and that doesn't have anything to do with the fact im old and cant step on a wedge and make anything dance anymore.

its a double whammy man. my two favorite things have gone blah. I need something new to feel the juice.

I think im going to go car shopping tomorrow and get something I can chip. maybe that will help. :nonono:

Brook is one of the best shot blockers in the league and the whole defense is designed around him anchoring the middle and Bledsoe at the point of attack. But yeah, let's trade them for the guy throwing tantrums on the court and a offense only PG with questionable shot selection.

I’d do Sterling and the Pacers’ pick for Kuzma, yeah. Two contenders trading with each other mid-season unlikely, but dangle that pick when they get no better offers.

Stat analysis question - where could I find Middleton's stats when he is on the floor with Giannis vs. on the floor without Giannis? Seems like he gets more aggressive when Giannis is resting yet they seem to play them together quite a bit then have periods with both on bench. Seems like staggering them would be beneficial ...curious to see stats

thanks!

I still like Lillard more as a player, but he'd have to play off-ball too much with Giannis.

"If" CJ were to be traded I'd actually wager the number one priority would be to shed salary and in lew of just trying to grab as many assets as possible imo. Might have to take on a extra bad contract from Portland (havent looked but I'd assume they have them)

Bledsoe, Ersan and the Indy pick might actually do it but Bledsoe would probably have to be going to a 3rd team

Any CJ move would be made to improve the team, not cut salary.

This doesn’t qualify.

He goes from 21.5% USG, to 32.8% when he's on the court without Giannis.

He morphs from 2nd banana to superstar level usage.

You not wanting Middleton, and instead wanting Booker, is art.

Booker is a higher tier than Middleton.

Send Sterling and the pick to a rebuilding team like Detroit or Orlando with a veteran PG (Rose or Augustine) to send to the Lakers, and then you'd have their attention. Kuzma doesn't fit Detroit or Orlando...

Next find a team with a wing we'd want, because I have no interest in Kuzma.

Nah, too complicated, and I'm not sure that wing exists. The Lakers are looking for a PG though, don't have picks to trade, and have realized Kuzma isn't what they need.

Sterling and/or 2nd for G-Rob III.

Easily, Bridges defends well but the funky shooting form keeps him from being a viable 3 point threat. We need legit shooters, don't think he ever gets there.

Truth be told everyone has value on this roster but this will be tested in the playoffs which is why we have to ask ourselves 'Do we have 7 guys we can rely upon ?

Right now I see our playoff rotation as

Bledsoe/Hill
Wes/DDV
Khris/Korver
Giannis/Ersan
Brook/Robin

Any trade we make needs to be a substantial upgrade to that. I'm not sure one exists
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"
