This video is a delight. It's the co-creators of The Outer Worlds watching a speed-runner blow through their game in 12 minutes.

Huh, I have 30 hours into it and can't think of one bug I've come across. Any examples?
Just to be clear, I didn't notice anything serious in the way of bugs when I first picked it up. Yea, the menus lagged a bit, and apparently there was audio dropping in one of the planets that I guess I never noticed.
But picking it back up now they've COMPLETELY fu*ked the menus up. The inventory system was always kinda terrible, but it's not even useable now. If I click on a shield to compare it to one in the inventory, I get a list of guns. My grenades have shield icons. Sorting by weapon type has been replaced by just type so now everything is listed. Gun pictures don't line up with the correct gun (a picture of a shotgun is paired with the description of a pistol, or something). It's difficult to even guess what you're selecting because the sorting doesn't work.
There are skills now that do the opposite of what they're supposed to (reduce skill cool downs actually add time to cool downs, for example).
The guardian ranks are also completely **** and have simply not worked or in some cases been turned off.
I was stunned yesterday to pick it back up.
Yeah I guess I noticed some of the menu stuff but I usually know what I'm looking for/want so I avoid any issues.

I thought I'd like the Outer Worlds much more than I have. I've probably played ~5 hours and I have no real desire to go back. Something about the game just feels off, maybe the gun play, I'm not sure.

I enjoyed the game and have plans to go back to continue, but it was indeed funny hearing them say "I thought we put a gate there..." so many times - referring to holding players back x amount of time.
Outer Worlds isn't perfect. I suspect it has done well enough to get a sequel, and that there'll be improvements there.

Picked up 16GB RAM (to bring me to 32GB) for $55, and ended up with the 3600X for $77 ($200 on sale, with extra off from gift cards). Off to a good start! Now got my eye on deals for the 2070S I want over the next couple weeks. If I don't see any, will pull the trigger on it early December just happy to pay MSRP compared to last time I was doing a build.
