I would be surprised but not shocked. If we take a big, even T. Jones, our backcourt is gonna be pretty thin. Another trade would be likely in that scenario, I believe.

Agreed. Wing + re-signing Ilyasova is more desirable to me than drafting T. Jones and letting Ilyasova walk, while remaining without a long-term SG.

Yeah, I greatly prefer Lamb to Ross. I think Ross will be a good role player, but I don't think he'll be much more than that. Kind of like a smaller Dorell Wright. Should be able to eventually replace Delfino, I guess.

I wouldn't draft based on position, nor would I make the decision resign/not resign Ersan based on who we draft. With the (stupid) approach that the Bucks take to build a team, they need to gather assets. The more I think about it, the more I want us to go BPA and resign Ersan regardless. (Because I think that's the best case scenario for how this organization builds)

If we want to win, we have to push Gooden out of the rotation somehow. I don't think that's possible, but we have to try.

? not sure where you see that. All it takes is Zeller not being drafted above us since Lamb is gone at 13 in Ford's mock, any team above that could take Ross and they'd both be gone with Zeller falling.

Dalembert, Illyasova, Dunleavy Jr, Ross, and Jennings is a fairly balanced lineup (could be around #15 in offense and defense). All those guys can get up and down the floor, four can shoot it, and you got two passers. Gooden and Ellis bring instant offense. Mbah Moute, Udoh, and Sanders bring legit game changing D. I still prefer a roster with high end talent over depth, but if Skiles decides to come to work he has a lot to work with there.

If Ross and lamb are gone, I'm slowly coming around on Zeller, especially down at 14. Though he is not my preferred style of big man, I think his pro stats are going to look a lot like B Lopez.

Hopefully the Bucks take your approach to the offseason

The only realistic way both Ross and T. Jones can be gone is if both Zeller and Leonard are there at 14. Now, this is assuming nobody like Rivers or Waiters falls all the way to 14, in which case I'm including them in our group of targets.

I never wish injury on anyone, but the biggest increase in wins could come from plantar fasciitis.

If Ross or Lamb isn't available....Please move down and see if the Celtics take 14 for 21/22 - Take Jones or White and Barton

Chad Ford‏@chadfordinsider

Sources say that the Pistons flew to NY to see Andre Drummond workout on Tuesday evening just in case he slides to 9.

The only team I realistically see taking him before us is Phoenix. Maybe Portland if Portland takes Drummond at 6 instead of a guard.

I'll be at the Foo Fighters show tonight. Gonna miss the draft.

I would probably break something when we miss Lamb going 12 or 13 and we gave him up for Dally.

agreed, fairly sure that one of those teams will take him....Pheonix would seem to be a perfect place for him.

I bet Ross of Lamb will go for one of those picks.

@daldridgetnt Source: Bobcats have five legit offers they're currently exploring to trade the second pick overall in tonight's NBA Draft.

I suppose if you think that the draft boards for each team are set in stone or something. I think the draft will be crazy, with at least two trades in the top ten. It wouldn't shock me at all if they both fall but I think Zeller falling and Ross AND JLamb being gone is very likely. Most teams aside from the Bucks value potential over guys like Zeller. I think the Rockets take Perry at 12 and I really doubt that Portland takes Zeller.

I could see Lamb and Ross being gone, although I'd be mildly surprised if both were. I'd be shocked if all three of Lamb, Ross, and T. Jones were gone. Like I said, there is only one scenario where that can happen.
