I'm still shocked that suspension wasn't appealed considering everything that went on in that game.

Home opener without Giannis and Jabari on a Wednesday night, will it even sellout?

Is it too late for Giannis to appeal? What a stupid decision for having ou first home game in 30+ years with our two corner stones not playing.

Last time Bucks opened season at home, it was against Michael Jordan, who was playing in his second career game. Melo was 108 days old.

Would be Bucks' first time opening at home in 31 years.

And I attended this game, so long ago.

Why appeal it? He body checked Dunleavy into the stands. The argument can definitely be made that Dunleavy deserves to be punished as well for being dirty as sin all game long, but that doesn't take away from what Giannis also did. He'll just take his medicine and move on, as he should.

It seems like they could have requested a road opener, though.

An ejection, especially from a playoff game and a fine seemed like plenty enough punishment to me. It's not like Dunleavy's ugly ass got seriously hurt from it.

But hey, I grew up watching basketball in the '90s. That little sh*t Giannis did would've barely registered back then.

Well this is a major bummer. Was definitely gonna go if it were on Fri or Sat night. Wed night, not so sure.

Either way, I can't wait for the season to start. Nothing better than when NBA and NFL are going on at the same time.

Sheesh bunch of Buzz Killington's in here. I'm pumped we get our first home opener in 31 years, regardless if Giannis and Jabari don't play.

Excited to see the schedule, being as far from Milwaukee as I am it has been hard to get to a game for years but I am planning a nice trip down for a Friday night or Saturday game. May even get myself the top shelf liquor and a hotel room for the occasion.

Edit- or maybe a friday/saturday combo! Come on El Nino be good to us who have to make the drive

As always, I await to see how long into the deep winter I have to wait until the NBA decides to send the Bucks up here to the Twin Cities. Nothing better than feebly attempting to keep the non-existent rivalry with all the painfully kind Minnesotans who tend to show up to T-Wolves games.

Antetokounmpo will probably play in home opener but not Giannis. :D
It will be fun to watch Giannis behind the bench trying not to support his brother..

Not sure what I think about the home/season opener being during the week. It seems like it may struggle to sellout but there is more buzz with the team than years past too. It will definitely be different, which maybe is good. Attendance wise this will boost an early weeknight game.

Always look forward to the schedule, especially having half season tickets so the anticipation of what games I'll get.
