You mean, "the band that sounded exactly like Phoenix until their last EP." Kidding, I like them. They couldn't have sounded any more like Phoenix in their first few tracks/EPs, though.

Ah, is that who that is? I knew the name was familiar. I'll check their new stuff out.
I left out quite a few great songs from my list upon further review. But I've made a Spotify playlist too now, so if you follow me there check it out.

Miami Vice had bonkers guest stars. Still remember Bill Russell as a judge and Bernard King as his hooping son.
"Smuggler's Blues" is my isht.

Well, I didn't hop on the bandwagon until I heard 'Fashion' for the first time.

Kanye murdered those verses. Man ol man I can't wait for the album to come out. Getting MBDTF & LR vibes from it.

That's interesting. I actually like some of AFI's stuff but adding Davey Havok and still calling it No Doubt is bizarre. They should have just came up with a new band name and started something new. I'm sure Gwen will come back to no doubt and this will be just like when Rage Against the Machine started back up with Chris Cornell under the name AudioSlave.

It's been maybe a decade since I was into them, but AFI was my introduction to punk music in the mid 90s. They've definitely put on two of my favorite shows from back when I used to go see live music. But Davey singing No Doubt tunes is gonna be so weird.

They'll be one of "those" bands who don't perform their old songs.

Great music video from another Milwaukee rapper, Ishdarr. Gets extra points for gratuitous Bucks exposure!
