Anyone know when George and Sterling are supposed to come back? I can't take much more Pat.

Bud said he thinks Hill will be back on this road trip, expected him to travel. Sterling just started shooting again on a limited basis.

It will be interesting to see how Bud plays the rest of the regular season schedule. You know he's got to be thinking about what went wrong with his 60-win Atlanta team in the playoffs in 2015. Getting swept by playoff LeBron isn't a disgrace, but I'm sure he's still thinking about it.

Optimal strategy here is to do enough to stay sharp but no more. I liken it to the approach trainers take in Kentucky Derby prep races. You want to win races like the Florida Derby and Wood Memorial, but it's more important to keep the horse sharp than to use him hard to win these races.

I don't think that's a great analogy unless winning those less important matches gains the horse some kind of advantage in the bigger matches like with home court in the NBA.

i think Bud has already set himself up to be in good position simply by keeping guys on strict minute plans throughout the season. i think that means that he doesn't need to worry about rest days as much going into the playoffs if he needs to continue to win.

All the same, though, if Giannis breaks his leg, he might have to be put down.

If we ever actually win 120-104 this season, Charlie Bell is throwing us a pizza party.

This might be even more of a schedule loss than the Utah game. San Antonio is tough at home. Don't expect a win here, but it's fine because this team will lose games. Bucks 120-Spurs 104.

What am I missing that we are only 3 games up of TOR and not 3.5? First tie breaker isn't head to head?

I squandered an asset? Then Hammond taught me well.

It is. We're essentially 4 games up on TOR because of the tiebreaker, but the standings never reflect that.

This will be one of our biggest wins of the season if we can get it, when you take every thing into account. Plus if we can walk out of San Antonio with a win with the remaining schedule in front of us, we should be in great shape for the #1 seed.

There's always stud duty. For now, though, it's all about getting better every day, as Giannis himself always says, and achieving peak form at playoff time.

Apparently no one sitting out tonight unless there's a late scratch

Bud going for a win against Popovich...not surprising. Raptors also won today.
