We had quite a few stretches this year where the offense just died and it was brick after brick after brick. Having the option to bring in a flamethrower like Korver to provide a spark would be awesome.

And with our super conservative defensive scheme he’s playable. We always have someone hanging around the rim.

Just checked and Middleton, Giannis, Bledsoe, Lopez, Hill, Lopez will have combined cap hit of $104.893M in 2020-21. Wilson and DDV is another $7.5M, roughly. Cap is currently projected at $118M. I know we all already knew this, but this is basically our roster for the next two years minimum. Going to be very interesting to see if they can turn the Indy pick into anyone close to Brogdon's impact, because the chances of them trading for or signing that impact is slim.

If they can get Korver they'll have all season to figure out if it works or doesn't. We're at the point where the regular season doesn't matter a whole lot. It's about figuring out the best possible lineups for the playoffs.

Imo part of prepping for the playoffs is having playable guys who can soak up regular season minutes without punting on seed. I don't think Korver would play in the playoffs at this point, but if he can give us 800 spot minutes, it'd be hard to argue against.

Isn't Vince also close to moving pretty far up the all time scoring list. If he values that, he probably wants guaranteed minutes.

I don't understand the "trade Bledsoe in September" posts. Are there teams out there who are going to want to swap point guards?? I'd trade Bledsoe for the right return but the right return is a pipe dream when you consider our current roster.

I think it’s just RealGm and dudes like coming up with trades. Doesn’t always mean you’ve completely written a guy of. That said, I’d hope the Bucks have lined up a few in season Bledsoe trade scenarios. Just part of being prepared.

I think it’s just RealGm and dudes like coming up with trades. Doesn’t always mean you’ve completely written a guy of. That said, I’d hope the Bucks have lined up a few in season Bledsoe trade scenarios. Just part of being prepared.

Also it just needs one user to propose a trade. Some like Bledsoe. Some like Middleton. Some like Planet Pat. Some like Sterling. Some like Lopez. Either Lopez really. Some wierdos even like scrubs like Ntilikina and Diallo. Can't take that too serious.

Korver is literally unplayable on defense. I'd rather try and mine for someone who COULD play playoff minutes for us.

in 1085 minutes with the jazz this season their defensive rating didn't move whether he was on the floor or not. whats your take on that?

measuring individual defense with team defense stats is stupid?
