Does not compute.

He's probably worn down from the summer and they're just being overly cautious.

And it won't hurt to see what Sterling and DDV do with more minutes.

Several weeks for a bruise, though?  :noway:

It is a nice time for a little rest here anyways for Middleton. Good opportunity for some guys to step up.

Definitely looking at this through a positive lens. Forces Bud and Horst to take a good hard look at our wing depth and determine whether or not a move needs to be made. Khris playing less regular season games is probably beneficial in the long run.

That said, I'm doing everything I can to go get Bogdan regardless.

Several weeks seems like a crazy long time for a muscle bruise though.

IIRC he got a pretty hard knee right into the meat of his thigh so a couple weeks for a deep bruise like that probably sounds about right. We got a lot of guys chomping at the bit for PT that I don't think we're too screwed if Khris takes his time getting 100% healthy.

I remember Shaq being out quite some time during his time in Miami with a deep thigh contusion.

It's fine. Kane hijacked the tweet and scorched him.

Deep thigh contusions are no joke. The harder the hit, the more likely it is to have caused bleeding in the thigh. Doing a small amount of research tells you this is a multi week - no running until it heals completely type of injury. Has 0 to do with "toughness". Christ.

Did you really just post a lineup with the starting 2 guard being JR Smith?

Our actual management posted a lineup with the starting 2 guard being Tony Snell.

It's really easy to dog Midds but he's an important player. This is a loss for the team. My hope is that it shows that the team can function without him and that (by some random miracle), you can try and trade Middleton in the long run.
