Very good and underrated show if you like dark weird stuff.

Dark on Netflix is another under the radar show to check out. It's English dubbed over German so thats a little distracting but still a good watch. One tip is to Google a family tree chart after a few episodes because it can get a little confusing with multiple timelines.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

Thanks for the reminder that there is a second season of Dark to watch.

Cool thing about Patriot was I just randomly started watching it without knowing a thing about it. Had know idea I was getting into a dry/dark comedy. Really enjoyed the rewatch as I missed a lot of the original jokes. I guess anyone going in blind should just remember this guy is a US intelligence agent to set up the hilarity of it.

Also a lot of documentary series available too:

Making a Murderer (netflix)
McMillions (hbo)
The Keepers (netflix)
Wild, Wild Country (netflix)
The Jinx (HBO)
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

I rewatched season 1 with my wife before season 2 dropped and I think liked it even more than the first watch. Like you said caught a lot of little funny **** I missed the first time.

Anything by Erin Lee Carr is awesome too. I believe all of her docs are on HBO and I Love You Now Die is especially compelling.

I’ve been watching The Witcher by myself after my wife goes to bed every night which means I’ve been singing the song Toss a Coin to Your Witcher on repeat almost every second I’ve been awake. My wife is also now singing this song all the time with absolutely no context about what the show is about. She hates me.

He was phenomenal in Fringe. Had such high hopes when they announced he'd be in Sleepy Hollow but even his performance couldn't save that writing.

One of my all time favorite episodes. That show is still top notch.

Also, I know THe Shield was discussed end of last week and some of said how it hasn't been streaming. I happen to notice last night while looking for a different show that it's on Hulu now. With all this down time I'd recommend it to anyone who's been into all these classic dramas of the last 15 golden years of TV.
Resident Lillard truther since 2015.

Disagree. Big time.

With that cast, it should have been something special. Instead it was about as meh a movie as I have paid to see.
