If you know anything about Jrue, you'll know this is a locker room upgrade as well. Not that Bled was bad there, but Jrue seems to be an exceptional human being.

Waiting to see what picks are involved. I’m happy you guys are happy, but I’m still skeptical. How much of an upgrade is Jrue over Bledsoe, and Hill was terrific for us too.

So if they’re going to pillage our draft stock like a wild Danny Ainge, I hope that means Giannis said he would stick around. Otherwise this could get ugly if it’s “Significant” draft capital.

If we didn't give up a ton of picks it'll be a clear talent upgrade. Contract situation is interesting depending on if Giannis extends or not. I like Jrue, he seems to be a truly good person and an underrated player, so my gut reaction is I like it without seeing additional details.

Great trade, even if we gave up two late firsts...we haven’t done well with those picks anyway.

Jrue is a better defender than Eric too. I can’t say **** for analytics, but the number of NBA players who have commended his defense is pretty high. He’s always being talked about by guys like KD for his ability and footwork in that end

I think people just wanted us to do something, which I understand. I think New Orleans did really really well here.

If it convinces Giannis to stay then it was worth it.
