Re: PG: Bulls - Nice Win
Every game that sees Beasley starting and playing more than Dre/MarJon is a fireable offense. Pat shouldn’t be playing more than them either, but it’s more forgivable especially if he rounds into form.

Yay, we'll take it. Not going to really gain any insight into where the team is at until Mavs & Celtics. Giannis is cooking.

Yeah... win games, get better little by little...

AJJ/Ajax/Dre was fun to watch. Looking forward to more. He’d have been buried on Bud’s bench.

Don't agree with this take, MD. Bud played Donte lots during his first year. He would recognize that Ajax can play and would definitely have him out there. Our coach doesn't really understand lineups, rotations, or really anything so he has Beasley and Patty out there doing regular cardio.
Nah, MD is right on the money. One of Bud's biggest problems was who he played and didn't play. Lots of receipts on this one. Marjon and AJ Green would probably be much more advanced if they had played more during the regular season last year.

Re: PG: Bulls - Nice Win
im going to choose to focus on how the team does with giannis and/or khris is on the floor. it was always going to be how it goes with those two. our numbers look ok right now by that standard.
dame figures it out or he doesnt but i refuse to believe hes the longterm problem hes been.
the rest of these guys is on AG with system and rotations. thats a coaches job. to take a cheat sheet and not **** it up

No worries, he's a chronic slow starter.
He was awful last year in November.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

True, but Pat was doing all the glue guy stuff tonight we need.
Simply skip Beas and the other guy with the awful on/off numbers for a game, so we can see what this team actually looks like.

Horst is gonna have to handle Malik Beasley like he did when he thought Rodney Hood and Semi Ojeleye could be rotation players for us. Just admit failure and get him out of here by the deadline.

I want to not be concerned but I feel like this level of micromanaging just isnt that normal. Like, Giannis also had a knee procedure over the offseason and he's out there playing normal minutes.
Totally fair. I guess by not concerned I mean that he looks absolutely great when he's in there, and also comfortable. So it feels like they're slow playing him.

Re: PG: Bulls - Nice Win
Portis was once again a life saver.
It always surprises me when posters continue to want to trade him. One of the few guys on the team who is both an efficient and volume scorer and a great rebounder. Who the heck would replace his points and rebounds? Who else can take his guy off the dribble, and play a back to the basket game? He's essential on this team. PC is not.

Hopefully he doesn't have that Bahktiari knee.

Not sure why Griffin found it necessary to close the game with Lopez and Beas? Those line ups weren't working tonight.
Tonight? The team has been killed with them on the floor all season.

Honestly finally nice to just have a comfortable win for the 1st time this year. I'm not going to give Griff credit for this game but I won't ding him on it either. It was fine
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

He shouldn't have gone back to it tonight. The kids were good.

Re: PG: Bulls - Nice Win
Regardless of their individual play, the fact that Dame and Mids both took the court tonight is a big tick for their ongoing physical health. Minute restrictions don't matter in this situation.

Dre has potential to be a real needle mover for us. He needs to get as many minutes as possible to get him ready for the playoffs.

Bulls are terrible. This game shows we’re one of many struggling teams atm.
At least the younger guys are starting to see some run. Maybe Green next?

Re: PG: Bulls - Nice Win
Giannis shooting his highest overall fg% of his career so far. That doesn't seem right at all. Lowest assists per game since second season, that seems right.
