MUST. WIN.

And maybe let Bobby deck him in the face.

Exactly, Bobby is the goon. Even though he's not like a Morris Bro lvl goon.

Whats with people calling TA a goon? He's just a spastic kid at heart. Headbutting Blake?

They both count towards regular season.

I know. It's the dumbest thing ever.

No Giannis. No Jae. No Marjon. That’s another opportunity for AJJ to start and probably play 20ish minutes. Maybe Green gets some real burn too. Is Livingston available?

Dame (34)/Payne (14)
Beasley (28)/Green (20)
Middleton (20)/Pat (28)
AJJ (20)/Bobby (14)/Livingston (14)
Brook (34)/Bobby (14)

No. Although I'm not expecting either to play

Hayward and Miller are questionable. Both missed Charlotte's last game as well.

Are the Hornets the most cursed franchise in the NBA? Every season they seem ever more hopeless for various reasons. Even the Kings managed to turn it around eventually.

Aren't we all questionable, though?

I don't care about winning if we give the younger guys more minutes.

Play AJJ, play Livingston, play the young guys early (in the season) and often so we know who (if at all) we can count on when the games matter.

Boy, this in-season tournament sure motivated more players to play in every game.

I feel like it was just a week ago Curry said he was going to play all 82 games this year.

Show Giannis this NBA.com updated MVP list for this week and play him both games. Nobody is more disrespected than he is in this league.

1. Nikola Jokic
2. Luka Doncic
3. Joel Embiid
4. Jayson Tatum
5. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander
6. Anthony Edwards
7. Tyrese Haliburton
8. Tyrese Maxey
9. Bam Adebayo
10. Domantas Sabonis

My guess is Giannis sits tonight, Middleton plays. Tomorrow night Giannis plays, Middleton sits.

I would sit them both tonight and play them both tomorrow.

Hopefully Dame's calf is ok to play both.

I was starting to come around to the idea of a mid season tourney, but yeah, this type of scheduling kind of makes it irrelevant.

Hopefully they learn from their mistakes. Having tournament games on either end of a B2B is beyond dumb and easy to avoid if they want anyone to take it seriously.

And it sucks for Dallas to make one appearance in Milwaukee for the season and we're on a B2B. While Dallas hasn't played since Wednesday.

Giannis isn’t turning down a chance to make an extra 500k.

My biggest gripe with the IST so far is that not all teams have played the same number of IST games, it makes it weird to evaluate the group standings.

In champions league, there’s never a situation where some teams have played three group games and other teams only one.

I think all teams need to play on the same days, just stagger the start times.

He just did that short-term with an early extension.

I've yet to watch a game other than the season opener. The annoying reality of a veteran team means very few games during the season are must-watch. Hoping around Xmas time they stop treating Khris like an ancestral dish set and that both Freak and Dame are playing consistently (and healthy obviously).
"Wes, Hill, Ibaka, Allen, Nwora, Brook, Pat, Ingles, Khris are all slow-mo, injury prone ... a sandcastle waiting for playoff wave to get wrecked. A castle with no long-range archers... is destined to fall. That is all I have to say."-- FOTIS
