Strangely I just don't get the same feeling like I used to (with Griff or Bud at the helm) that a severely depleted team could destroy us. The defense just seems markedly more crisp since Doc arrived, with or without our own starters being there... *knocks on wood*

The only reason I don't feel that way is previously we didn't care too much about games like this. We would be coming off 10 game winning streaks or something and get destroyed by teams like this. Now there is more urgency with this team to get things together so I feel like we will beat them pretty easily.
Then again, as I have been saying for three months "We are going to win the 2023-24 NBA championship."

We've had games lately that have competently almost dull. I think I was very entertained by the DrGrief farce and am almost missing the spectacle.

With Doc and Beverly on board, I feel way less scared of teams like the Heat now.

It used to be the tradition to post it every time we beat Miami, but last time we did it wasn't posted. Can't break the tradition...lol.
