If they shopped Luka, they could have gotten some monster packages from other teams. Tons of quality first round picks. Houston could have made a much better offer. As could OKC. I don't buy any nonsense about Luka not demanding a trade, it had to have been one of the most next-level aggressive "I'm not re-signing with ANYONE but the Lakers" demands imaginable with some league corruption sprinkled in for this to make any sort of sense. The number of teams that could've outbid this trade return is a joke.
