Speaking of guys with amazing VORP, etc. how is Delon Wright doing these days?

Somewhere between the 17th best player in the league, according to VORP, Damian Lillard and the 399th best player, AJ Green, but lower than the 370th best, Pat Connaughton.

That really would be a cruel twist of the knife.

It isn't difficult to see the potential. He's a phenomenal athlete, and he already has a clear understanding of hesitation moves. He also shot 43% from three in the G-League for the Bucks.

I'd be surprised if he doesn't at the very least become a solid starter. The sky is the limit.

It is crazy they had to give him up in the Midds trade.

The discussion with AJ always gets turned into what he could possibly turn into, and that’s no where near the point. It’s another wasted asset at the very least, and worst case scenario, it’s starting to become clear that he’s going to become a player like a good number of us thought he would. Very quickly too. We could use his speed at the very least. That’s what we continually have to hear about in terms of the positive aspects of Kuzma and KPJ, and AJ is quicker with the ball than both of them. It’s awful asset management and he also has much, much higher ceiling than Rollins who posters here continue to pine for. The trade is what it is, and what it is is downright embarrassing.

That’s a really reductive and shallow argument to present. No one in the entire NBA tries against the Wizards because…they’re the Wizards? Ooookay. Wish you had those wild 20ppg standards for some of our young guys lol.

Dude is an okay GM but one of the worst draft night guys ever. There had to be a way to get the deal done without giving up AJJ. Getting fleeced by the wizards is a tough look.

It's obviously too early to say anything but *if* AJJ turns into a star in the coming years Horst should be put under the jail.

Awesome, thanks for asking. He has a 73TS% with the Knicks. He's always been a slow starter and strong finisher, and now he's warming up for his usual playoff awesomeness.

If he's a decent player then we gave up the 2 best players in the deal

He's played 5 games and a total of 20 garbage minutes for the Knicks. He couldn't even get in at garbage time today but Beauchamp did.

Hard to gauge with AJJ yet. Looking at that game, most of his good moments came with the team down 30 to the Magic. A lot of fools gold takes place this time of the year.

For winning in the regular season Kuzma is better because he’s available and in the Playoffs it’s a wash due to his defensive versatility being important for this team.

And Reeves and Hachimura. We bitch about bad losses but they happen virtually every night to someone.

Crazy scoreline in that one. Breakout game maybe for buzelis

Giddey had a near quad double with a 15/10/17 line with 8 steals

PP is proud. He'd look way better with us than Kuzma has.

Marcus Smart has been more impactful for the Wiz than any other newly acquired player WHEN HE PLAYS.

Every time I watch him, Smart looks like a lockdown defender again and scores 15-17 points. Of course then he usually misses a few games in a row after that. Maybe it's because he's playing too well and they're tanking.
