The heat made a real focus of denying bogut the ball in the post, they often gave him a man defender and left a help player there so that he couldn't catch in there. When he got the ball he was very effective so i suppose they thought rather than have him destroy blount they'd take their licks from the perimeter and other guys.

Interestingly, Blount only got 21 minutes after starting out so well offensively. His 4th turnover really must have pissed off Riley.

I think Mo is a better Redd than Redd

He's really added the three point shot to his arsenal of late.

It's so nice having Simmons and Bell making shots.

Also nice having Bogut play with confidence. They really managed to push him out away from the hoop late in the game, but a nice line overall, some big throws down the stretch.

Yi really energized the defense in the fourth. Even when Yi isn't contributing offensively he can do something on d at least. Didn't think I'd be saying that before the season.

It is funny that Simmons was SO bad earlier this season that now when Bobby goes 5-15 he's making shots.

POG game tonight for me was Mo. He knows how to step up and get it done.

I didn't see every play of the game. But he has a great feel of when to distribute and when to score. He can turn it on and off like a switch

Honestly, I've pulled back a bit with my Bucks watching habits. It's become too hard lately.

I mean, I have DVR and lately usually just watch the games on playback so I don't have to watch commercials or absolute blowouts....and now we've been winning.

So, am I to continue my current viewing habits?

Actually I can't even watch the game on Friday which will be on ESPN. I have a b-day bowling party to attend.

So, lets hope we can beat the Lakers on Friday night.

Redd will be back to dual Kobe....and beat him again.

We need Redd to win this game.

I thought he played fairly well overall and had a couple of nice plays on defense. But I still found it amusing that him taking 15 shots and only making 33% means he's making shots now.

I didn't watch or listien to the game I just got home actually.

Based on the numbers I can't wait till Redd comes back. :nonono:

Based on numbers player of the game goes to Mo but I see Bogut got 17 pts,looks like hes putting up some nice offensive numbers ever since they put in some plays for him,yea im realy shocked by that haha.

if you didn't watch the game, how do you know they ran plays for him?

Yeah, seriously. He had a stretch a couple weeks ago where he went a few games without hitting a jump shot...he'd get one tip-in or putback per game and that was it. He hit a couple triples early and made that big shot late, so it seemed like he was shooting well

Plus nine boards and four helpers, I love that.

Because the Bucks have made it clear that was the plan and I see Bogut was 5pts over his season avg,so im assuming he was involved and with 23 team assists I also assume the team played team style ball tonight.

Then agian I didn't see the game so maybe im wrong. :lol:

Since you missed the game, bogut didn't really get the ball any more than a usual game, but the heat were doing a pretty good job denying him a ball.
Although when they worked to get it to him early in the game he delivered.

Nice team victory tonight.

On a night when we got a win and got solid preforamances out of several guys tonight is not a night to complain.

Guys tried getting Bogut the ball in the post during the fourth quarter, you could see Mo/Bell waiting for Andrew to get position on the block, but he just couldn't gain position.

The Heat are dreadful on offense, but tonight at least, the effort was there by them on defense.

Didn't get a lot from the 4 spot tonight. Yi perked up a bit in the 4th but was pretty non-existent most of the night.

CV looked decent in the first half energywise but the guy was absolutely atrocious in the 2nd. There was a stretch there where he made 4-5 bad plays on offense that was as bad as any by a Buck this year and this is saying something...

I personally might be done with CV after tonight.....in the past he's had no problem going to town against the Heat....no matchup problems there.....he just stopped playing in the second half.....I had a small glimmer of hope that he would carry over his recent good play. But it didn't happen.
