The term Sell A Thon was what nailed it for me for sounding so bad.

I'd expect that from a carpet store, not an NBA franchise.

Some of the takes we've had the pleasure to hear directly from this event haven't exactly been faith-restoring-in-humanity level stuff. But, that's what happens given the sports-centric angle we're looking at this from.

Bomani Jones had a bit of a ride with this when he discussed it on his show last night, and it was a bit bothersome for me to listen to, but such is the state of things.

Barnes is an absolute dirtbag.

I think we are a bit blinded that everyone in the story was known as a tool. D-Fish doesn't have the greatest reputation, neither does Barnes, and I don't know much about the wife besides what I've seen from the character of the women on those shows. My reaction is similar to watching a Jerry Springer show. Sad situations but you can't help but watch and be entertained by what a mess the situation is and how they reacted.

Everyone knows you use Sell-A-Rama anyway.

Say what you will about Barnes, Derek Fisher has proven over and over he's not a trustworthy person. Not something a "friend" would do.

Derek Fisher is a shinning example of what a NBA head coach and family man he is............

If they really wanted to make a great pitch, they have included this video.

Missed opportunity from Dirk, imo.

So they're not friends? Who cares. This is not about Fisher. This is about Barnes and his masculine self-image and his need to mark his territory, which territory happens to be a human who might have some thoughts on the matter.

Fisher is a turd but that's not worth mentioning here as he's just a foil for Barnes' impotence.

NOPE. Fish's choice in women simply corroborates his inability to foist the triangle with the woebegone parts brought together by suspenders-and-mescaline enthusiast Phil Jackson.

Jared Cunningham pouring in some stats to get a contract from someone. 21 points in the first half vs. the mighty Philly.

Watching some Warriors vs. Blazers- Bogut really does look a lot slimmer and to be moving better than he has in a long, long time. Only pre-season, but he looks really good out there.

I wish Brandon Rush never had that knee injury. He's nothing more than a 13th man now and that makes me sad.

I wonder if the Portland colour commentator was this great before pot was legalised in Oregon;
(Bogut scores) when he was in Milwaukee he averaged 18-20 points every year!
(Green hits a corner three in a half court set) that's the reason he made second team all-defensive last season. Wait! Sorry! First team!
(Iguodala scores)That's why he was MVP last year. {Other commentator} Ahhh.. of the finals... {colour guy}huh?

You'd think it'd be tougher to sit.

Kings really played SA extremely well last night. When you look at the Kings what jumps out at you is they are such a veteran team. I think they end up winning a lot of regular season games and make the playoffs.

Never discount chemistry. Especially when George Karl is runnin' thangs.
